Россиянам предложили заменить красную икру белой из-за роста цен
Исполнительный директор «Руспродсоюза» Дмитрий Востриков посоветовал россиянам обратить внимание на более дешёвую икру других видов рыб. По его словам, из-за неудачной лососёвой путины красная икра может стать менее доступной, поэтому покупателям придётся либо платить больше, либо выбирать альтернативы.
Одним из таких вариантов эксперты называют икру минтая. Она содержит белок и полезные жирные кислоты, а стоит значительно дешевле лососёвой. По данным аналитиков, медианная цена икры минтая составляет 857 рублей за килограмм. При этом отдельные эксперты прогнозируют, что к Новому году стоимость красной икры может достигнуть 35 тысяч рублей за килограмм.
Покупатели уже начали менять предпочтения: за девять месяцев 2026 года продажи белой икры в России выросли на 19%, а икры минтая — на 22%. Впрочем, в Росрыболовстве уверяют, что дефицита красной икры не ожидается.

ФНС начала проверять сделки россиян с недвижимостью в Дубае
Российская налоговая служба начала рассылать гражданам запросы о сделках с недвижимостью в ОАЭ, совершённых с 2023 года, сообщает РБК со ссылкой на юристов и налоговых консультантов.
По данным экспертов, речь идёт уже о десятках запросов. ФНС располагает сведениями о зарубежных сделках и проверяет соблюдение налоговых обязательств. Ранее ведомство также начало активно запрашивать информацию о банковских счетах россиян в Эмиратах, происхождении средств и налоговом резидентстве.
Договоры ипотеки между гражданами обяжут заверять у нотариуса
Госдума приняла в первом чтении законопроект об обязательном нотариальном удостоверении договоров ипотеки между физическими лицами, включая индивидуальных предпринимателей.
Речь идёт о случаях, когда один гражданин предоставляет другому деньги под залог квартиры, дома или доли в жилье. Нотариус должен будет проверить законность сделки, добровольность её заключения и разъяснить сторонам возможные последствия.
Только 0,2% квартир в Москве сдаются по договорам, зарегистрированным в Росреестре
Из 4,82 млн квартир в Москве лишь около 9,8 тысячи сдаются по официально зарегистрированным договорам, сообщают РИА Новости со ссылкой на исследование Asseto. При этом, по оценкам экспертов рынка недвижимости, фактически в аренду сдаётся от 8 до 10% столичного жилого фонда — порядка 386–482 тысяч квартир.
Впрочем, столь низкая доля зарегистрированных договоров вовсе не означает, что остальные собственники сдают жильё незаконно. По закону при заключении договора найма жилого помещения на срок не менее года возникающее обременение подлежит государственной регистрации. Именно поэтому многие собственники предпочитают оформлять договоры на 11 месяцев, для которых такая процедура не требуется.
При этом отсутствие необходимости регистрировать договор не освобождает владельца квартиры от уплаты налогов с доходов от сдачи жилья. Иными словами, отсутствие договора в Росреестре само по себе не свидетельствует о нарушении закона, а приведённые 0,2% не отражают реальный масштаб легального рынка аренды.
