Зюганов вновь предложил задействовать 130 трлн рублей на банковских счетах для нужд экономики
Лидер КПРФ Геннадий Зюганов во время обсуждения федерального бюджета на 2027–2029 годы заявил, что на счетах граждан и предприятий в российских банках находится около 130 трлн рублей — сумма, сопоставимая с тремя годовыми федеральными бюджетами. Политик поставил вопрос о возможности использования этих финансовых ресурсов для решения государственных задач. Кроме того, он предложил получить дополнительные 700 млрд рублей за счёт состоятельных россиян.
Председатель комитета Госдумы по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков раскритиковал подобный подход, предупредив, что изъятие банковских средств способно вызвать отток вкладов и негативно повлиять на экономику. При этом конкретного механизма привлечения денег вкладчиков Зюганов не представил. Ранее, в июне, после похожего заявления лидер КПРФ специально разъяснял, что не выступает за конфискацию накоплений граждан.
В России могут начать отключать от мобильной связи незарегистрированные смартфоны
Минцифры готовит новые правила для смартфонов, ввезённых в Россию без таможенного оформления. Как сообщает РБК, владельцам таких устройств предложат зарегистрировать их IMEI через «Госуслуги» в течение двух недель. Если этого не сделать, телефон перестанет обслуживаться в российских мобильных сетях.
В министерстве уточнили, что требование затронет в том числе граждан, самостоятельно покупающих смартфоны за границей. При этом устройства, которые уже работали в российских сетях до апреля 2027 года, продолжат функционировать без дополнительной регистрации.

Государственная Дума приняла в первом чтении законопроект из бюджетного пакета, предусматривающий изменения в налогообложении физических лиц и организаций.
Одно из ключевых предложений — объединить большинство видов доходов граждан в совокупную налоговую базу. В неё войдут, в частности, заработная плата, дивиденды, проценты по банковским вкладам и доходы от операций с ценными бумагами. К общей сумме предполагается применять прогрессивную шкалу НДФЛ со ставками от 13% до 22%.

Совет Федерации больше не планирует продлевать сроки действия «гаражной амнистии». Об этом заявила председатель Совфеда Валентина Матвиенко. Главное условие — постройка должна быть капитальной (одноэтажной и без жилых помещений) и возведённой до вступления в силу действующего Градостроительного кодекса РФ, то есть до 30 декабря 2004 года.
Россиянам предложили заменить красную икру белой из-за роста цен
Исполнительный директор «Руспродсоюза» Дмитрий Востриков посоветовал россиянам обратить внимание на более дешёвую икру других видов рыб. По его словам, из-за неудачной лососёвой путины красная икра может стать менее доступной, поэтому покупателям придётся либо платить больше, либо выбирать альтернативы.
Одним из таких вариантов эксперты называют икру минтая. Она содержит белок и полезные жирные кислоты, а стоит значительно дешевле лососёвой. По данным аналитиков, медианная цена икры минтая составляет 857 рублей за килограмм. При этом отдельные эксперты прогнозируют, что к Новому году стоимость красной икры может достигнуть 35 тысяч рублей за килограмм.
Покупатели уже начали менять предпочтения: за девять месяцев 2026 года продажи белой икры в России выросли на 19%, а икры минтая — на 22%. Впрочем, в Росрыболовстве уверяют, что дефицита красной икры не ожидается.

ФНС начала проверять сделки россиян с недвижимостью в Дубае
Российская налоговая служба начала рассылать гражданам запросы о сделках с недвижимостью в ОАЭ, совершённых с 2023 года, сообщает РБК со ссылкой на юристов и налоговых консультантов.
По данным экспертов, речь идёт уже о десятках запросов. ФНС располагает сведениями о зарубежных сделках и проверяет соблюдение налоговых обязательств. Ранее ведомство также начало активно запрашивать информацию о банковских счетах россиян в Эмиратах, происхождении средств и налоговом резидентстве.
Договоры ипотеки между гражданами обяжут заверять у нотариуса
Госдума приняла в первом чтении законопроект об обязательном нотариальном удостоверении договоров ипотеки между физическими лицами, включая индивидуальных предпринимателей.
Речь идёт о случаях, когда один гражданин предоставляет другому деньги под залог квартиры, дома или доли в жилье. Нотариус должен будет проверить законность сделки, добровольность её заключения и разъяснить сторонам возможные последствия.
