Why does a large channel have no A+ mark?
The mark depends not on the subscriber count but on an entry in the Roskomnadzor register, which the owner files. Until there is an entry, MAX shows no badge and the channel is not in the collection. Once the mark appears in MAX, the channel gets here after the next card check and collection update.
Why does the A+ mark matter to advertisers?
