Это долгий путь, требующий не только новых технологий, но и изменения самой культуры управления, где прозрачность становится нормой, а любое нарушение поводом для неотвратимого наказания.
Анализ: чего ждать от взаимодействия России и администрации Трампа? Трамп сторонник подхода «deal-making». Ожидается, что отношения с Россией будут строиться не на глобальных идеологических блоках, а на конкретных, точечных договоренностях. Поиск компромисса по Украине: Главным пунктом повестки станет заморозка или прекращение конфликта. Трамп будет стремиться к результату, который он сможет преподнести как свою внешнеполитическую победу. Россия, в свою очередь, будет настаивать на признании своих интересов безопасности. Вероятно, нас ждут долгие и тяжелые торги по формату «заморозки» линии фронта. Если стороны достигнут прогресса в вопросах безопасности, нельзя исключать сценарий, при котором некоторые секторальные ограничения могут быть смягчены в обмен на встречные шаги. Однако это будет происходить крайне осторожно, чтобы не вызвать протест внутри американского истеблишмента. Сотрудничество по линии «Росатом» и МАГАТЭ — это «безопасная зона», где диалог возможен даже при самом высоком уровне политической напряженности. Это останется каналом связи, через который будут передаваться более серьезные политические сигналы. Итог: Ждать мгновенной «оттепели» не стоит. Отношения будут оставаться жесткими, но предсказуемыми. Главный риск-если стороны не найдут компромисс по Украине, процесс «подвижек» может так же быстро смениться новым витком эскалации.

Президент подписал указ об отказе от части мер по закону Грэма*. Пошлины для пяти крупнейших покупателей российских энергоносителей должны были заработать после новых закупок с 18 октября, но теперь их пока не введут.
Когда закончится пауза, неизвестно: ограничения могут вернуть новым решением Трампа или госсекретаря. Американские ведомства продолжат следить за закупками российских энергоресурсов и обходом санкций.

Как сблизить подходы Беларуси и России к социальной защите людей с инвалидностью и сделать реабилитационные услуги более доступными?
Эти вопросы обсудят 22 октября в Калининграде на заседании постоянно действующего семинара при Парламентском Собрании Союза Беларуси и России.

Главы оборонных ведомств стран СНГ почтили память героев войны в Чолпон-Ате
Участники заседания Совета министров обороны СНГ возложили цветы к мемориалу «Вечная память ветеранам Великой Отечественной войны» в Чолпон-Ате. Они также приняли участие в совместной посадке деревьев.
Сегодня в конгресс-холле Чолпон-Аты пройдёт заседание Совета министров обороны стран СНГ. На нём обсудят план работы Совета на 2027 год, развитие объединённой системы ПВО и сотрудничество в области военного образования и подготовки кадров.
