Сегодня принял участие в очередной, двадцать восьмой сессии Народного Собрания (Парламента) КЧР VII созыва.
Одним из решений на сессии стало досрочное прекращение полномочий заместителя Председателя Народного Собрания (Парламента) КЧР Муссы Хабалевича Экзекова в связи с его переходом на новую ответственную общественную работу - он становится членом Общественной палаты Российской Федерации от Карачаево-Черкесии. Мусса Экзеков стал инициатором многих важных законопроектов, направленных на развитие республики. От всей души поблагодарил Муссу Хабалевича за активную законотворческую деятельность, а также в рамках возглавляемой им общественной организации, и пожелал дальнейших успехов в новой сфере.
В ходе сессии депутаты приняли ряд важных законодательных инициатив. Среди них - законопроект, отражающий изменения в федеральном законодательстве, согласно которому маломобильным гражданам обеспечиваются условия для беспрепятственного доступа не только к объектам социальной, инженерной и транспортной инфраструктур, но и к объектам туристской индустрии.
Принятые решения также затронули другие важные сферы жизни республики - от социальной поддержки граждан и охраны здоровья до развития инфраструктуры и совершенствования республиканского законодательства. Также парламентарии утвердили новую награду - «Заслуженный предприниматель Карачаево-Черкесской Республики».
В ходе заседания также вручил Почётную грамоту Главы КЧР за плодотворную работу Председателю Комитета по природным ресурсам, природопользованию и экологии Исмаилу Катчиеву, которому сегодня исполнилось 70 лет. От всей души поздравил его с юбилеем, пожелал крепкого здоровья, благополучия и новых успехов в работе на благо республики.
Волонтеры гимназии №4 Карачаевска собрали гуманитарную помощь для участников СВО
Школьники подготовили одежду, продукты и другие необходимые вещи, а также написали военнослужащим письма со словами поддержки. Груз передали в Центр культурного развития имени К. Ш. Кулиева для отправки на передовую.
Гуманитарная помощь военнослужащим оказывается в рамках работы Единого республиканского штаба, созданного по поручению Главы КЧР Рашида Темрезова.
Три специалиста в этом году в КЧР стали участниками программы «Земский тренер»
В их числе Алан Кущетеров, который приступил к работе в школе поселка Ударного Прикубанского района. Дети получили возможность заниматься спортом рядом с домом.
Программа «Земский тренер» впервые стартовала в Карачаево-Черкесии в этом году. Инициатива реализуется по поручению Президента России Владимира Путина, а также при поддержке партии «Единая Россия» и направлена на привлечение квалифицированных кадров в сферу физической культуры и спорта в малые населённые пункты страны.
В Марухском ущелье заработала новая базовая станция МТС
МТС запустила базовую станцию стандарта LTE-1800 в селе Маруха Карачаево-Черкесии. Новое оборудование обеспечивает мобильной связью и интернетом жителей села, а также путешественников, которые приезжают исследовать горные районы республики. Маруха находится в Зеленчукском районе, недалеко от курорта Архыз, и служит отправной точкой к одноименному Марухскому ущелью – одному из самых живописных уголков Кавказа.
49-я группа студентов-медиков Северо-Кавказской государственной академии отправилась в военный госпиталь Ростова-на-Дону, чтобы помочь в лечении и реабилитации раненых военнослужащих
Волонтеры будут помогать медицинскому персоналу и ухаживать за пациентами. Для будущих врачей такая поездка — возможность получить ценный практический опыт, закрепить профессиональные навыки и внести свой вклад в помощь раненым бойцам.

📌Минимальное пособие по уходу за ребенком в 2027 году составит 11,4 тыс. рублей
С 1 февраля 2027 года минимальное ежемесячное пособие по уходу за ребенком до полутора лет может вырасти до 11 395 рублей. Об этом сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на проект бюджета Социального фонда России.
В 2028 году выплату планируют увеличить до 11 850 рублей, в 2029-м — до 12 325 рублей.
Глава КЧР Рашид Темрезов призвал жителей республики не откладывать заботу о здоровье и сделать прививку от гриппа
«Именно сейчас, когда риск их распространения возрастает, особенно важна своевременная вакцинация от гриппа: она помогает снизить риск тяжелого течения болезни и развития осложнений. Особенно важно защитить детей, пожилых людей и тех, кто имеет хронические заболевания», – отметил Рашид Темрезов.
Вакцинация проводится бесплатно надежными отечественными вакцинами. В регион поступила уже вторая партия вакцин от гриппа.
Руководитель республики отметил, что первая партия поступивших вакцин освоена полностью: привито почти 40 тыс. взрослых и более 42 тыс. детей.
«В рамках нацпроектов «Продолжительная и активная жизнь» и «Семья» в Карачаево-Черкесии реализуется широкий комплекс профилактических мероприятий, направленных на сохранение здоровья земляков. Но многое зависит от нас самих. Призываю жителей Карачаево-Черкесии не откладывать заботу о здоровье на потом. Сделайте прививку своевременно и позаботьтесь о том, чтобы ее сделали те, кто вам дорог. Берегите себя и своих близких!» – обратился к жителям республики Глава КЧР Рашид Темрезов.
📌Программу льготного автокредитования возобновят с 1 декабря
Средства выделят из лимитов, предусмотренных в бюджете на 2027 год.
По данным Минпромторга, с начала 2026 года по программе реализовали более 123 тыс. автомобилей. Размер скидки составит 35% на электромобили, но не более 925 тыс. рублей, и 20% на автомобили с двигателем внутреннего сгорания.
Льгота доступна медикам, педагогам, участникам СВО и членам их семей, людям с инвалидностью. Семьи с двумя и более детьми смогут получить скидку 10%.
