С 1 декабря в России перевозчики смогут взимать сбор до 10% стоимости железнодорожного билета при его возврате. Об этом сообщили в Федеральной антимонопольной службе.
Размер сбора будет зависеть от времени, оставшегося до отправления поезда. ФАС проконтролирует применение новых правил. В ведомстве считают, что мера поможет сократить число возвратов билетов и уменьшить искусственный дефицит мест.

За отчетный период сотрудники Госавтоинспекции пресекли более 63 тыс. нарушений ПДД. Комплексы автоматической фиксации выявили свыше 528 тыс. нарушений.
В поселке Эркен-Шахар Ногайского района сегодня открылся III Межрегиональный фольклорно-этнографический фестиваль «Наш дом – Россия»
Мероприятие проводится в рамках Года единства народов России. Участниками фестиваля стали более 300 человек из шести регионов страны: Дагестана, Чеченской Республики, Карачаево-Черкесии, Ставропольского края, Астраханской области и Республики Крым.
Конкурсная программа объединила шесть номинаций: вокал, танец, инструментальное искусство, театр, поэзия и ремесла. Участники представляют творческие номера на ногайском и русском языках, а также постановки, посвященные традициям и обычаям народов России.
Организатором выступает Федеральная национально-культурная автономия ногайцев России при поддержке Федерального агентства по делам национальностей.
В Карачаево-Черкесии развивается сотрудничество школ с предприятиями агропромышленного комплекса. Сельхозпроизводители заключают соглашения с образовательными организациями, делятся профессиональным опытом и помогают школьникам знакомиться с востребованными аграрными профессиями.
В рамках регионального проекта «Кадры в агропромышленном комплексе» национального проекта «Технологическое обеспечение продовольственной безопасности» агроклассы открыты и действуют уже в 35 школах Карачаево-Черкесии. Проектом охвачены более 660 учащихся.
В числе производственных партнеров агроклассов - ООО «Рея», ООО «Сады Карачаево-Черкесии», ООО «Элькушский сыр завод», а также крестьянские (фермерские) хозяйства и индивидуальные предприниматели. В подготовке школьников также участвуют профильные образовательные организации, включая Аграрно-технологический колледж и Эркен-Шахарский аграрный колледж.
Практические занятия, экскурсии на производство и общение с опытными специалистами помогают школьникам осознанно выбрать специальность, а в дальнейшем - получить востребованную профессию с перспективой роста в родной республике. А для предприятий такое сотрудничество - это возможность растить ценные кадры с нужными компетенциями уже со школьной скамьи.
Сегодня агропромышленный комплекс Карачаево-Черкесии нуждается в молодых, современных, мотивированных специалистах. И агроклассы - одно из важных направлений кадровой политики в АПК. Наша задача, чтобы у каждого юного жителя Карачаево-Черкесии была возможность найти свое призвание и достойное дело жизни здесь, на своей земле. И сельское хозяйство - одно из таких востребованных и перспективных направлений.
Благодаря программе «Земский доктор» медицинские учреждения Карачаево-Черкесии пополняются новыми специалистами
В этом году планируется трудоустроить в сельские медучреждения КЧР 20 медицинских работников. Уже приступили к работе 12 специалистов, в их числе врач-терапевт Диана Турклиева, которая устроилась на работу в Прикубанскую районную больницу.
С 2018 года по программе «Земский доктор» в сельские населенные пункты Карачаево-Черкесии приехали работать более 200 врачей. Многие специалисты продолжают трудиться на местах и после завершения срока участия в программе.
Программа «Земский доктор» реализуется по поручению Президента России Владимира Путина в рамках нацпроекта «Продолжительная и активная жизнь» при содействии партии «Единая Россия».
В Детской художественной школе Усть-Джегуты прошла персональная выставка художницы Нины Петровны Урусовой. В экспозиции представили более 40 работ
Нина Урусова – педагог, живописец, график и дизайнер, кандидат искусствоведения и доцент. Она работает в разных техниках: создаёт аппликации из цветной бумаги, пишет акварелью и маслом. В её работах цветочные натюрморты, горные пейзажи и портреты. Через разные художественные техники автор передаёт красоту окружающего мира.
Спортивный арбитражный суд (CAS) удовлетворил апелляцию Федерации хоккея России и обязал Международную федерацию хоккея (IIHF) допустить российские сборные к международным турнирам сезона 2026/27, включая чемпионаты мира 2027 года.
Первым соревнованием с участием россиян может стать молодежный чемпионат мира в декабре, где выступает сборная до 20 лет.

«Особое внимание было уделено защите прав и законных интересов детей, поддержке семей, соблюдению социальных гарантий, обеспечению доступности правовой помощи гражданам. Отдельно обсудили вопросы защиты прав предпринимателей и создания условий для развития деловой инициативы.
Уполномоченные представили информацию о наиболее значимых направлениях своей деятельности, обозначили проблемные вопросы и предложения по совершенствованию механизмов защиты прав граждан и бизнеса. Особое внимание уделили соблюдению и защите прав участников СВО и членов их семей.
По итогам встречи поручил профильным органам власти усилить взаимодействие с институтами уполномоченных, обеспечить оперативное рассмотрение поступающих от них предложений и содействовать в решении вопросов, требующих межведомственного участия, в том числе с федеральными институтами уполномоченных», – отметил Глава КЧР.
