Возврат к выплате 50% прибыли маловероятен в первые годы новой стратегии на 2027–2029 годы, а коэффициент 25% «высоковероятен», сказал первый зампред банка Дмитрий Пьянов на звонке с аналитиками. Дивполитика ВТБ предусматривает выплату от 25 до 50% прибыли.
Причина — рост требований к капиталу. ЦБ повышает норматив достаточности для крупных банков на 0,75 п.п. в 2027 году и на 1,25 п.п. в начале 2028-го, поэтому весь 2027 год ВТБ будет накапливать капитал. Кроме того, банк планирует секьюритизировать часть активов и продавать их за пределы банковского сектора.
За девять месяцев ВТБ заработал 407,5 млрд руб. чистой прибыли, на 7% больше, чем годом ранее. За 2025 год банк уже направил на дивиденды 25% прибыли — 9,71 руб. на акцию.
Альфа-банк, Цифра банк и Солид банк подали иски к «Евротрансу»
Альфа-банк требует взыскать с оператора сети АЗС «Трасса» 82 млн руб., Солид банк — 130,6 млн руб., сумма иска Цифра банка не раскрывается. Заявления поступили в арбитражный суд Московской области с 23 по 29 октября. Предварительное заседание по иску Солид банка назначено на 1 декабря.
12 ноября тот же суд проверит обоснованность заявления Сбербанка о признании «Евротранса» банкротом. ФНС требует обанкротить «дочку» компании «Трасса ГСМ». 27 октября Арбитражный суд Москвы взыскал с «Евротранса» более 2,3 млрд руб. в пользу «Ак Барса».

В пакет по спутниковой системе вошли 10 компаний и 19 россиян. Среди компаний — разработчик и координатор проекта «Бюро 1440», производитель солнечных батарей «Лабс 1440» и «ФАБ Рассвет», создающая спутники и абонентские терминалы. Отдельный пакет затронул 39 судов, которые, по данным Киева, перевозят российскую нефть, нефтепродукты и газовый конденсат.

Минфин: налоговые льготы для «Яндекса» после атак на дата-центры не прорабатываются
Вопрос о том, распространят ли на компанию меры, принятые для продавцов Wildberries и Ozon, замминистра финансов Алексей Сазанов предложил адресовать правительству. «У нас в Минфине сейчас таких вопросов в проработке нет», — сказал он.
Летом атаки беспилотников повредили несколько складов Wildberries и Ozon. Пострадавшим продавцам правительство разрешило на год отсрочить уплату НДС, налога на прибыль, НДФЛ для ИП, страховых взносов и ряда других налогов за период с августа 2026 года по июль 2027 года. Выездные налоговые проверки для них приостановлены до конца года.
В октябре атаки задели три дата-центра «Яндекса»: два остановили полностью, у третьего вышла из строя часть модулей. Компания уже восстановила сервисы, но отозвала прогноз финпоказателей на 2026 год.
