A channel of a government body or public institution has a public name like id<INN>_gos: MAX itself assigns this name when it connects the organization. datool.ru builds the collection by this sign and marks such channels with a coat of arms in the catalog. The channel title can be anything, while the name with the INN shows which organization runs it.
Why are there so many schools and kindergartens in the collection?

To see large channels of agencies and regions, pick the steps from 5,000 in the “Subscribers” filter.

How do I narrow down the channels in a collection?
Above the list are the “Subscribers”, “Activity”, “Quality index”, “Marks” and “Region” filters and the “Find a channel” field: search and filters work only inside the collection. The tabs change the order: by subscribers, quality index, citations, fresh posts and newest; the “Table” view is handy for comparing. 6 225 channels in the collection have a quality index of 70 or more.
