Главный архитектор Якутии Любовь Папок посетила Нерюнгринский район. В ходе рабочей поездки она осмотрела общественные пространства и дворовые территории, обсудила с руководством района и города реализацию мастер-плана Нерюнгри, качество благоустройства и дальнейшие приоритеты развития территории.
В рамках рабочей поездки Любовь Папок оценила результаты работ по устранению ранее выявленных недостатков на двух объектах – в Сквере Победы поселка Чульман и Культурном парке Нерюнгри. Основное внимание уделили качеству выполненных работ и их соответствию условиям заключенных контрактов.
Также Любовь Папок осмотрела дворовые территории по улице Дружбы Народов. Вместе с главой города и подрядчиками обсудили ход работ, качество выполняемых решений и необходимость комплексного подхода к организации придомовых пространств.

На базе СШОР «Алдан» продолжается «Ультра-спринт» на призы GV Gold. Стартовала заключительная гонка первого соревновательного дня — на дистанцию вышли девочки 2012–2013, 2014 годов рождения и младше. В этом забеге участвуют 19 юных спортсменок.

Предварительно установлено, что в 02:40 возле дома по улице Ленина, 8 водитель, управляя транспортным средством марки Toyota Corolla, не справилась с управлением и совершила съезд с проезжей части с последующим опрокидыванием.
В результате ДТП пассажирка транспортного средства 1996 года рождения скончалась на месте происшествия до приезда скорой медицинской помощи. Водитель 1995 года рождения от полученных травм скончалась в медицинском учреждении.

Торжественное открытие IX Якутского международного кинофестиваля состоится 4 ноября в 17:00 в Сквере имени Ю. А. Гагарина в Якутске. Фестиваль проходит в рамках Года культуры Якутии и Года единства народов России.
Почетные гости, международное жюри и звезды якутского кинематографа пройдут по 75-метровой зимней красной дорожке. По ледяной дорожке в национальных костюмах пройдут кинематографисты из Мексики, Монголии и Индии.
