Предназначен этот соус для курицы, и по рецепту готовить его нужно на кокосовом молоке. Раздобыть курятину и кокосы на Котуе мы не рассчитывали, а вот щуки и сухого коровьего молока у нас было в достатке.
На двух человек использовала половину порции. Лучший гарнир – рис. У нас был басмати в порционных пакетиках.
