Животное принадлежит местной жительнице и в злополучный день просто было отпущено с цепи. Органы МВД вынесли отказное решение, так как травмы у пострадавшего якобы оказались недостаточно серьезными.
Только после публикации статьи нашим изданием СУ СКР по Саратовской области возбудило уголовное дело. А председатель Следственного комитета РФ Александр Бастрыкин затребовал доклад о ходе его расследования и результатах.
