Инициативу поддержали 85% экспертов из 35 стран — участников конференции по социальной архитектуре. Первое исследование и его результаты планируют представить в 2027 году. Об этом сообщили на круглом столе ЭИСИ.
Владимир Путин в приветствии участникам конференции отметил, что российские проекты в этой сфере направлены на повышение качества жизни людей, и подчеркнул готовность делиться опытом с зарубежными партнёрами.

85 лет назад началась героическая оборона Севастополя
30 октября 1941 года артиллеристы 54-й береговой батареи вступили в бой с наступавшим противником. Началась оборона, которая продолжалась 250 дней и стала одним из символов стойкости в годы Великой Отечественной войны.
Моряки Черноморского флота, бойцы Приморской армии и жители города сражались под бомбёжками и обстрелами. Их сопротивление надолго сковало крупные силы врага и сорвало расчёт на быстрое овладение Севастополем.
Сегодня город хранит память о защитниках, чьи мужество и самоотверженность стали частью общей истории Победы.
На Кубани появился праздник в честь многодетных семей
День кубанской многодетной семьи будут отмечать ежегодно в третью субботу сентября. Новую дату утвердили депутаты Законодательного собрания края.
Праздник призван выразить благодарность родителям, воспитывающим троих и более детей. В Краснодарском крае живут около 100 тысяч таких семей, для которых предусмотрено более 20 региональных мер поддержки.
Омск отметит 205-летие Достоевского театральным фестивалем
С 11 по 17 ноября в культурной столице России пройдёт III Международный фестиваль «Достоевский. Омск». Его программу составят спектакли по романам и повестям писателя.
Организатором выступает омский театр «Галёрка». Фестиваль станет частью большой программы «Достоевский и Омск», которая в течение года знакомит жителей и гостей города с произведениями классика и местами, связанными с его жизнью.
На Кубани расширяют виноградники и развивают собственные питомники
Площадь виноградных плантаций в Краснодарском крае превысила 34 тысячи гектаров. За два года она выросла на 2,3 тысячи гектаров, а урожай 2025 года стал рекордным — почти 310 тысяч тонн.
В регионе работают 343 хозяйства, занимающихся виноградарством и виноделием. Питомники способны ежегодно выпускать 8,2 млн саженцев, а господдержка отрасли в 2026 году превысила 900 млн рублей. Такие итоги представили депутатам краевого парламента.
В Петербурге и Ленобласти назвали пять озёр для осенних выходных
Щучье озеро, Сестрорецкий Разлив, Кавголовское, Радоновые озёра и Ястребиное вошли в подборку мест для отдыха на природе.
Для спокойной прогулки подойдут сосновые берега Щучьего озера и окрестности Разлива. Кавголовское удобно для поездки на электричке, в Лопухинке можно увидеть озёра среди известняковых склонов, а у Ястребиного — гранитные скалы. Последний маршрут потребует больше времени и походной подготовки.
Регионы России снова объединятся за общим столом в акции «Пирог на четвёртое»
Ко Дню народного единства жители разных регионов испекут пироги по семейным и национальным рецептам, угостят близких и соседей. В преддверии праздника пройдут чаепития, кулинарные мастер-классы и конкурсы.
Присоединиться может каждый: приготовить пирог, собрать гостей и поделиться фотографией или рецептом с хештегом #ПирогНаЧетвертое.
Акция проходит второй год и напоминает, что чувство единства складывается в том числе из простого гостеприимства.
Екатеринбург объединил участников церковных социальных проектов со всего Урала
В городе проходит XVII межрегиональная конференция по церковному социальному служению. Она собрала более 300 участников: представителей епархий, благотворительных организаций, медицинских и социальных учреждений.
В центре обсуждения — помощь пожилым, людям с инвалидностью, бездомным и семьям в трудной ситуации.
До 30 октября участники обменяются опытом и познакомятся с местными проектами, среди которых «Автобус милосердия», приют для мам и центр ухода за пожилыми.
«Единая Россия» возьмёт на особый контроль обеспечение онкопациентов лекарствами в регионах
В партии предложили усилить контроль за наличием жизненно важных препаратов, оперативно выявлять перебои и добиваться пополнения аптечных запасов. Особое внимание уделят небольшим городам и сёлам, где возможности быстро найти назначенное лекарство ограничены.
Член комитета Госдумы по охране здоровья Юрий Бровко подчеркнул: главный критерий — возможность конкретного человека вовремя получить препарат. Это важный и правильный акцент: доступность лечения должна определяться потребностями пациента независимо от места его проживания.
«Единая Россия» намерена совместно с Минздравом России добиваться решений, которые помогут обеспечить бесперебойное снабжение.
