Поступить в российский вуз станет ещё сложнее: в Совфеде предложили повысить минимальные баллы ЕГЭ. Новые требования могут распространить на все университеты страны — как государственные, так и частные.
Группа депутатов от КПРФ и сенатор Айрат Гибатдинов внесли в Госдуму законопроект, который повышает целевые отчисления букмекеров на развитие спорта. К 2031 году планку хотят поднять до 10% от выручки. Сейчас отрасль платит по прогрессивной шкале, а минимальный квартальный взнос составляет 30 млн рублей.
Законопроект внесли 26 октября. Он предлагает поэтапно увеличить и минимальный объём целевых отчислений, и процентную ставку. С 2029 года минимальный взнос должен вырасти с 30 до 50 млн рублей в квартал для каждого организатора азартных игр. Одновременно ставка отчислений от выручки со ставок на спорт к 2031 году должна достигнуть 10%:
в 2028-м — 2,5%; в 2029-м — 5%; в 2030-м — 7,5%; в 2031-м — 10%.
Авторы объясняют изменения ростом оборота рынка: по итогам 2025 года суммарный объём принятых букмекерами ставок достиг 1,9 трлн рублей. По расчётам КПРФ, поэтапное введение новаций позволит бизнесу адаптироваться к возросшей фискальной нагрузке.
Кабинет министров инициативу не поддержал. В официальном отзыве Правительство указало, что законопроект «нуждается в существенной доработке». Там также отметили: действующее законодательство уже предусматривает поэтапное повышение целевых отчислений — с 1 января 2028 года ставка должна вырасти до 2,5%.
Кроме того, в правительстве напомнили, что налоговая нагрузка на букмекеров и так серьёзно выросла. Рынку нужен период адаптации, а чрезмерное давление может увести легальный сектор азартных игр в «тень».

Соискателям присылают ссылку на фальшивый сайт, который почти не отличается от настоящего, но вместо zoom․us в адресе стоит zoom․com. Одна буква в ссылке может стоить доступа к личным данным.
