В доме № 10 на улице Мусы Джалиля не побелили стены и потолок, а также не нашли и не исправили причину протечек кровли над квартирами и лестничными площадками. Представитель компании признал вину, но пояснил, что исправить проблемы можно только при капитальном ремонте. Также он сослался на сложное финансовое положение организации.
А в доме № 57в/2 на улице Ризы Фахретдина компания не восстановила деформированный дефлектор вентиляции, не устранила разрушение обшивки карниза крыши и другие дефекты. Здесь представитель «ЖЭУ‑3» частично признал вину. По его словам, для работ нужны спецтехника, услуги альпинистов и дополнительные деньги, которых у компании нет. Снова прозвучало ходатайство учесть тяжёлое материальное положение при назначении наказания.
Суд не счёл эти доводы основанием для снисхождения. «ЖЭУ‑3» назначили два штрафа — по 100 тысяч рублей за каждый дом.

Семь жителей Татарстана и Марий Эл обвиняются в организации проституции с применением насилия, вовлечении в неё несовершеннолетней и даче взятки.
По данным следствия, в 2016 году мужчина вместе с супругой организовал преступную деятельность в Высокогорском и Пестречинском районах. Им помогали шестеро знакомых. Они работали водителями, охранниками и выполняли другие задачи. В проституцию вовлекли не менее 20 женщин. Некоторых, в том числе 17‑летнюю девушку из Чувашии, принуждали с помощью угроз и насилия.
Кроме того, один из обвиняемых долгое время платил начальнику отдела полиции по Пестречинскому району за покровительство и чтобы женщин не привлекали к административной ответственности. Всего он передал 60 тысяч рублей.
Преступную схему раскрыли в ноябре 2025 года. Дело с обвинительным заключением передали в суд.
