В сентябре количество заключенных договоров по долевке и прямой покупке выросло на 55% по сравнению с августом. Октябрь, по прогнозам аналитиков, будет еще жарче: на рынке ожидают еще плюс 30-40% спроса.

В Тюмени на заводе «ГМС Нефтемаш» сократили рабочую неделю: сотрудники завода будут работать в таком режиме в ближайшие полгода.
— АО «ГМС Нефтемаш» предоставила сведения о введении режима неполного рабочего времени до 28 февраля 2027 года в отношении 1042 сотрудников, — сообщили в департаменте труда и занятости населения Тюменской области.

Если сотрудники охраны заметят беспилотники, они обязаны будут передать информацию о них профильным службам.
«Тюменьгормост» выделит 28 миллионов 347 тысяч рублей на круглосуточную охрану 15 мостов и путепроводов Тюмени. Карточка электронного аукциона появилась на сайте «Госзакупок». Компании, готовые предоставить свои услуги могут подать заявку до 3 ноября 2026 года включительно.
Победивший по итогам тендера подрядчик должен будет следить за безопасностью объектов и сообщать спецслужбам об опасных беспилотниках.
В список попали переправы через Туру на улицах Профсоюзной и Челюскинцев, а также путепровод на Мельникайте и другие сооружения — всего 15 объектов. Сейчас предприятие ищет подрядчика, который обеспечит их охрану в режиме 24/7.
