Переполненные мусорные полигоны создали угрозу перебоев с вывозом отходов в 10 муниципалитетах Кубани
Из-за этого с 22 октября в Сочи, Новороссийске, Горячем Ключе и ещё семи районах края ввели режим повышенной готовности, сообщает оперштаб Кубани.
Часть полигонов уже заполнена, другие нуждаются в длительной реконструкции. Чтобы мусор не скапливался на улицах, власти разрешили продолжить использование существующих площадок.
При этом жителям обещают, что мусор будут вывозить по прежнему графику. Временно накопленные отходы позже отправят на захоронение.

Депутаты ЗСК утвердили повышение транспортного налога в Краснодарском крае
Для автомобилей мощностью до 100 л. с. ставка вырастет с нынешних 12 до 16 рублей за лошадиную силу в 2027 году, до 20 рублей в 2028-м и до 25 рублей в 2029-м. Таким образом, повышение составит 108%.
Для машин мощностью от 100 до 150 л. с. ставка увеличится с 25 до 31 рубля в 2027 году, до 34 рублей в 2028-м и до 35 рублей в 2029-м. Рост составит 40%. Для более мощных автомобилей ставки останутся прежними.
Например, владелец автомобиля мощностью 100 л. с. вместо нынешних 1200 рублей будет платить 2500 рублей в год. Первые платежи по повышенным ставкам автомобилисты внесут в 2028 году, за 2027 год.
Губернатор Вениамин Кондратьев поддержал повышение, объяснив, что транспортный налог в крае не увеличивали более десяти лет. Дополнительные поступления к 2029 году оцениваются в 1,7 млрд рублей. Деньги направят на ремонт и содержание дорог.
Ввели штрафы за брошенные электросамокаты в Краснодарском крае
Депутаты Законодательного собрания Краснодарского края 28 октября приняли поправки в региональный закон «Об административных правонарушениях».
За оставление электросамокатов и других средств индивидуальной мобильности в неположенных местах предусмотрены штрафы:
- 1 тысяча рублей для граждан; - 10 тысяч рублей для индивидуальных предпринимателей; - 100 тысяч рублей для юридических лиц.
Штрафовать также будут владельцев и компании по прокату самокатов, если они вовремя не уберут транспорт с газонов, тротуаров, детских площадок и других мест, где стоянка запрещена.
Места разрешённой парковки и сроки уборки брошенных самокатов установят местные власти.
Новые штрафы начнут действовать с 1 марта 2027 года.
4 ноября завершится сезон работы городских фонтанов
Фонтаны перестанут работать в 11:00, после чего начнётся их консервация на зимний период. Из гидравлических систем полностью сольют воду, которая может замёрзнуть и повредить коммуникации.
Консервация включает целый комплекс работ. Сначала специалисты снимают фонтанные насадки и подводные фонари, после чего сливают всю воду из труб. Затем они спускаются в подземные насосные помещения: там проводят диагностику оборудования, очищают чаши и резервуары от мусора, а также составляют ведомость необходимых замен и ремонтов к следующему сезону, сообщает мэрия.
В аэропорту Краснодара потушили «загоревшийся» самолёт в ходе учений
Здесь прошли тактико-специальные учения аварийно-спасательной команды. По легенде, Boeing 737-800 со 150 пассажирами на борту заходил на посадку с невыпущенной механизацией крыла, выкатился на боковую полосу и загорелся. При этом у самолёта оказались повреждены стойка шасси и крыло.
Спасатели отработали действия при авиационном происшествии: сбор по тревоге, выезд к месту условной аварии, тушение пожара, эвакуацию пассажиров и экипажа, а также оказание медицинской помощи пострадавшим.
Во время учений аэропорт Краснодара продолжал работать в штатном режиме. На расписание рейсов тренировка не повлияла.
