39-летняя местная жительница обустроила крытую автостоянку на территории СНТ в Хостинском районе. При этом конструкция перекрыла проезд к соседним домам. Суд обязал нарушительницу демонтировать незаконно возведенную постройку. Она была построена на земле, принадлежащей государству.
Женщина не торопилась исполнить решение суда. За это она получила штраф. Кроме того, ей на время ограничили выезд за пределы России и взыскали исполнительский сбор.
После этого женщина ликвидировала незаконную стоянку, - сообщили "Вестям-Сочи" в ГМУ ФССП России.
