Полиция задержала 34-летнего жителя Новошахтинска Алексея Шатова. По словам его матери Раисы, сотрудники пришли домой, повалили сына на пол, увезли без объяснений и не дали даже одеться.

Как выяснилось, Шатова доставили в отдел полиции в посёлке Новая Соколовка. Там ему дважды вызывали скорую помощь. Первая бригада сделала укол, вторая, прибывшая около 11 утра, зафиксировала смерть.
Согласно экспертизе, причиной смерти стало острое комбинированное отравление. При этом у мужчины выявлены тяжёлые травмы: повреждения черепа и поясницы, разрыв печени, множественные ссадины.
СК возбудил уголовное дело по статье о превышении должностных полномочий, повлёкших смерть потерпевшего.
