В 60–70-е годы велосипеды в Нижнем Тагиле были дефицитом, особенно детские и подростковые. Хотя их выпускал Свердловский велосипедный завод, а затем Атигский машиностроительный завод, производство долго налаживалось из-за бюрократии и перебоев с поставками.
Первые велосипеды появились в городе ещё в 1947 году. За год, с 1947 по 1948, через магазины нашего города было продано 1477 велосипедов, начиная от детских трёхколёсных и заканчивая спортивными. Доступность и дешевизна «самого народного вида транспорта» способствовали возникновению в Тагиле любительских объединений велосипедных прогулок и велотуризма.
Массовый выпуск начался только в 1960-х. В 1973 году в продажу поступил «Уралец», ставший самым массовым и доступным велосипедом — он стоил 39 руб. 60 коп. Позже появились и другие модели, а к началу 1980-х подростковые велосипеды уже перестали быть дефицитом.
18-летнему предъявлено обвинение в убийстве 45-летнего мужчины.
По версии следствия, молодой человек нанес смертельные травмы ранее незнакомому мужчине во время ссоры у дома на улице Щорса 25 октября. Обвиняемый признал вину. Дело расследуется по статье об умышленном причинении тяжкого вреда здоровью, повлекшем смерть по неосторожности, сообщили в СУ СК России по Свердловской области.
В сообщении СК фигурирует один обвиняемый; сведения об участии других нападавших и применении колющего предмета ведомство не приводит.
У погибшего остались жена, 11-летний сын и пятилетняя дочь.
В приюте на Фестивальной открыты двери для желающих взять собаку. Сейчас там 47 бездомных животных, отловленных на улице. После стерилизации и вакцинации их вернут обратно, но шансы на выживание у щенков, особенно подростков, малы. Сотрудники центра переживают за полугодовалых собак, которых скоро придется выпустить на улицу перед морозами.
Руководитель центра Ксения Митрофанова обеспокоена судьбой молодых собак: "Жалко их, таких малышей. Как их выпускать?"
Несколько щенков уже нашли дом благодаря дням открытых дверей и соцсетям, но в приюте остаются еще десятки контактных и легко приспосабливающихся к человеку молодых собак. Адаптация к улице зимой будет тяжелой.
Для тех, кто не готов к воспитанию щенка, есть 17 взрослых собак. Среди них – крупный, активный кобель, отличный охранник для частного дома, и ласковая рыжая девочка. Всех собак отдают по договору с отслеживанием дальнейшей судьбы.
Четыре взрослые собаки уже обрели дом благодаря неравнодушной жительнице, которая оборудовала им будки на своем участке, пишет ИА «Все новости».
Новый спорткомплекс «Выйский» на ул. Фрунзе откроют для всех желающих к Новому году. Директор спортшколы «Юпитер» Александр Долгоруков сообщил, что горожане смогут посещать бассейн и тренажёрные залы, а также воспользоваться восстановительными услугами. Порядок предоставления услуг, расписание и цены будут определены позже.
С начала ноября комплекс начнёт работу в тестовом режиме для учебно-тренировочных групп, в первую очередь для маломобильных посетителей, воспитанников адаптивной школы имени Лысовой, а также волейболисток «Уралочки» и теннисистов школы № 4.
Отделение фиджитал-спорта, сочетающее игры на приставках с реальными видами спорта, появится в 2027 году.
Пробная эксплуатация поможет выявить строительные недочёты, которые будут устраняться подрядчиком по гарантии, пишет v-tagile.
Жители пригорода Нижнего Тагила массово сдают старые покрышки на специальные площадки. Точки временного накопления организовали в селах Петрокаменское, Покровское и Николо-Павловское, поселках Зональный, Новоасбест и Черноисточинск, а также на асфальтированном участке между Лаей и Балакино. Сдать старые колеса туда можно по 4 ноября включительно, а точные адреса подскажут в местных территориальных администрациях, уточнил глава Горноуральского округа Александр Гудач. Собранные покрышки отправят на переработку, так как они относятся к IV классу опасности.
При этом водителей просят складывать покрышки рядом с площадками аккуратно, не перекрывая проезжую часть и зону погрузки для мусоровозов, а также не бросать их в сами баки.
Складировать шины в контейнерах для крупногабаритных отходов запрещено.
На Северном посёлке убили 45-летнего Илью К. По информации местных жителей, в ночь на 25 октября мужчина выпивал в кафе «Ласточка», где повздорил с группой молодых парней. Когда Илья покинул заведение, обидчики подкараулили его, избили и добили колющим предметом.
Изуродованный труп Ильи нашли недалеко от ДК «Космос». Лицо было окровавлено и сильно деформировано, из тела торчал предмет, похожий на отвёртку или нож, сообщили очевидцы паблику «Инцидент Нижний Тагил».
Полиция задержала подозреваемых. Возбуждено уголовное дело. Погибший был женат, имел двоих детей, пишет ИА «Все новости».
Комитет Госдумы рекомендовал отклонить законопроект, позволяющий помещать в центры временного содержания МВД детей, неоднократно совершавших административные правонарушения. Депутаты считают изоляцию за мелкие проступки неверным путем.
Инициатива предлагала отправлять в центры по решению суда подростков, нарушивших КоАП несколько раз за год, даже если они еще не достигли возраста административной ответственности. Среди таких проступков назывались пропаганда нацистской символики, дискредитация армии, побои, мелкие хищения и правонарушения, связанные с наркотиками.
Председатель комитета Нина Останина объяснила, что такая мера может быть несоразмерной проступку ребенка, например, краже шоколадки. Также она отметила, что разлука с близкими не соответствует "семьецентричности", а в стране мало таких центров, что приводит к размещению детей вдали от дома. Останина убеждена, что профилактика должна строиться на социализации, а не на изоляции. Против законопроекта также высказались общественные объединения, родительские организации и РПЦ, пишет v-tagile.
Житель Нижнего Тагила, повторно пойманный пьяным за рулём, продал свой Mercedes знакомому, чтобы избежать конфискации. Однако схема не помогла: суд взыскал с него 1 млн рублей — стоимость автомобиля, сообщили в прокуратуре Свердловской области.
22 августа инспекторы ГИБДД остановили Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic, за рулём которого был 27-летний мужчина с признаками опьянения. От медосвидетельствования он отказался. Ранее, в июне 2023 года, его уже наказывали за пьяную езду, поэтому дело возбудили по уголовной статье.
Суд, согласившись с прокуратурой, конфисковал денежный эквивалент машины. Мужчине также назначили 360 часов обязательных работ и на 2,5 года лишили права управления транспортом.
