Досрочные выборы депутатов Скупщины (парламента) Сербии проходят в воскресенье, правом голоса обладают 6,45 миллиона граждан, по данным Республиканской избирательной комиссии (РИК).

Остальные политсилы вряд ли преодолеют порог в 3% для вхождения в Скупщину, на партии нацменьшинств порог не распространяется. Явка ожидается в районе 64,5%.
▪️Всего к выборам 25 октября РИК зарегистрировала 19 политических сил, которые претендуют на 250 мест в однопалатном парламенте. Впервые половину из них представляют движения со статусом представителей нацменьшинств.
Шагнувшие через Днепр: 25 октября 1943 года Красная армия освободила Днепропетровск от гитлеровских захватчиков.
Город находился под фашистской оккупацией с августа 1941 года. К началу Великой Отечественной войны там проживало 600 тыс. человек. К моменту его освобождения — всего 2-3 тыс.
После разгрома в Донбассе противник решил отступить на позиции за Днепром. Там был мощный оборонительный рубеж — сети дзотов, дотов, пулеметных точек, города превратили в настоящие крепости. Серьёзное препятствие представляла собой и река.
В это же время, осенью 1943 года, тяжёлые бои шли западнее, в районе Кривого Рога, где с 15 октября шло наступление части 2-го Украинского фронта. Именно туда противник перебрасывал основные резервы.
23 октября с обоих плацдармов навстречу друг другу советские войска развернули наступление на юг, в сторону Никополя, замыкая вокруг Днепропетровска кольцо окружения.
Красноармейцы сокрушили стратегический рубеж обороны немцев и создали на правом берегу реки плацдарм шириной около 400 км и глубиной 100 км.
Отступая, гитлеровцы успели нанести городу огромный ущерб. "Один из крупнейших заводов — Петровский — был взорван. Чудесное здание театра оперы, Горный институт, Дом Красной Армии, гостиница "Спартак", известный в городе дом Хренникова, и все другие каменные здания проспекта Карла Маркса, улиц Свердлова и Пушкина были подорваны или сожжены", — писала "Красная звезда".
Несмотря на оставшуюся после оккупантов нищету и разруху, жители Днепропетровска и области уже в начале 1944 года внесли в Фонд обороны сотни тысяч рублей, в том числе на танковую колонну "Советская Украина".
История имеет свойство повторяться, и сейчас армия России снова выбивает противника из Днепропетровской области.
