Имя режиссера пока не объявлено. Продюсером выступит Ридли Скотт.
Сценарий уже пишет Аарон Гузиковский - автор "Пленниц" Дени Вильнева. Со Скоттом он уже успел поработать над сериалов "Воспитанные волками". По данным СМИ, картина будет связана с "Прометеем" и "Завет" - двумя предыдущими картинами Скотта во вселенной франшизы. Вернется ли к своей роли Майкл Фассбендер, пока неизвестно. При этом сам Скотт ранее выражал желание вновь поработать с актером.
Других подробностей о проекте пока нет.
А ведь я говорил, что дед просто обиделся на успех фильма Альвареса и игнор его философских опусов и решил отжать франшизу обратно. Видимо, туда все и идет.
Последние недели я поймал вайб аналоговых хорроров и плотно засел за просмотр фильмов и сериалов поджанра: Синистер, Звонок, Река, Архив 81, V/H/S/, Озеро Мунго, AHS ("Роанок"). На этом же настроении почти случайно в Steam наткнулся на Channel 64. Название сразу натолкнуло меня на мысли о рипоффе сериала Netflix, но я дал игре шанс - и, в общем-то, даже не прогадал. Это короткий инди-хоррор, где ваша работа заключается в оцифровке старых VHS-кассет в подвале. Вср.. Жуткие записи - в наличии, стилизация под старую пленку тоже есть. Несколько классических скримеров имеются. И, самое главное, необычный жанровый поворот в основе сюжета.
"Я был там, Гендальф. Я был там 3000 лет назад" - вот примерно столько от меня не было новых видео на каналах.

По слухам сиквел «Чужого: Ромул» отложили, студия никак не может найти режиссёра.
По World of Reel, одной из главных проблем стало слишком активное участие Ридли Скотта (почему студия вообще его взяла на исполнительного продюсера?). Феде Альварес хотел вернуть в продолжении Дэвида, сценарий уже был готов, а Майкл Фассбендер находился почти на стадии подписания контракта. Но Скотт отказался разрешать использование созданного им персонажа в фильме другого режиссёра.
После Альвареса студия начала переговоры с Себастьяном Ваничеком, режиссёром «Зловещих мертвецов: Пекло», но тоже не получилось.
Мне кажется, что дед до сих пор не может смириться с тем, что его псевдофилософию из «Прометея» и «Завета» зрители на момент выхода особо не оценили, а «Ромул» приняли хорошо почти сразу.
Оказывается, чтобы добиться успеха во франшизе про ксеноморфов, нужно показать в кадре ксеноморфов. Кто бы мог подумать.
А теперь Скотт на правах имени действует по принципу «если не я, то никто».
Сегодня состоялась премьера фильма «Человек-паук: Новый день» и... он дико зашел первым зрителям!
Сейчас у фильма 98% одобрения пользователей на «томатах», что стало рекордом среди всех полнометражных картин о Человеке-пауке.
Посмотревшие хвалят более приземлённый сюжет, правильный баланс юмора и драмы, хороший экшен и тот самый вайб классических историй о Питере Паркере, который стал исчезать после тренда на мультивселенные, камео и конец света в каждом фильме.
Сегодня картина выходит в Европе и некоторых странах СНГ, а завтра доберётся до широкого проката в США. Причём самые безумные прогнозы обещают фильму до 800 миллионов долларов за первые выходные по всему миру.
Но «Колобок» всё равно важнее, поэтому российские кинотеатры попросили придержать неофициальный прокат «Человека-паука» примерно до 20 августа.
Если вы ещё помните про этот сериал: Райан Мерфи рассказал, что 13-й сезон «Американской истории ужасов», да, их уже тринадцать, окажется большим кроссовером всей франшизы.
По первым заявлениям все решили, что нас ждёт продолжение сезонов «Шабаш» и «Апокалипсис», но Мерфи утверждает, что в одной истории столкнутся персонажи из разных сезонов. В общем, готовится сборная солянка для тех, кто ещё помнит, кто там умер, воскрес, снова умер и вернулся уже в чужом теле. А кто изначально был призраком (все сложно).
Сара Полсон сыграет шесть или семь своих персонажей, а Эван Питерс вернётся сразу в пяти ролях.
Но главный аттракцион, конечно, Джессика Лэнг. Она снова сыграет Констанс Лэнгдон, сестру Джуд, Фиону Гуд и Эльзу Марс. То есть практически весь сериал снова будет держаться на нескольких актёрах, которые по очереди разговаривают сами с собой.
Сезон растянут на 13 эпизодов. Звучит либо как прощальный подарок фанатам, либо как полный творческий хаос, и я пока даже не уверен, какой вариант мне нравится больше.
Официально: Майк Флэнаган, автор «Призраков дома на холме» и «Доктора Сна», присоединился к экранизации Warhammer 40,000.
Он уже подготовил первые наброски истории и скоро перейдёт к сценарию. Правда, пока авторы не раскрывают, что именно он пишет: фильм или сериал.
Генри Кавилл тоже никуда не делся. Он и компания Vertigo по-прежнему участвуют в создании киновселенной в качестве продюсеров.
И это лишь начало довольно долгой истории. Amazon планирует выпустить сразу несколько фильмов и сериалов по Warhammer 40,000, хотя в Games Workshop сразу предупреждают, что ждать всё это придётся годами.
Но сочетание Флэнагана, Кавилла и вселенной Warhammer пока звучит подозрительно уместно. Главное, чтобы за годы разработки от этой команды что-нибудь осталось.
По сети сейчас ползет нейрослоп с «идеальным кастом "Одиссеи"». Хотя у Нолана и без нейросетей собрали дорогой состав. Вопросы вызывает скорее уместность некоторых актёров, современное прочтение и постоянные комментарии о социальной справедливости и политике.
И тут, вы не поверите кто (хотя на 100% поверите), появился Илон Маск и возмутился: актёры не те, греков не уважают, Гомера опять переписали под повестку. После этого в самой адекватной соцсети в мире, которая по случайному совпадению принадлежит Маску, предложили дать Мэлу Гибсону 100 миллионов долларов на максимально достоверную экранизацию с бронзой, правильными кораблями, древнегреческой речью и вот всем историческим, как в «Страстях Христовых». Маск ответил: «Я готов» и все, и все начали обсуждать фильм, которого не существует в проекте и, скорее всего, никогда не будет. Но дальше разговор очень быстро свернул в привычную сторону - Маск говорит, что если Голливуд не снимет «правильную» «Одиссею», то это сделает его Grok. Спасите.
