How the quality index is calculated
Под стражу заключен задержанный сотрудниками полиции 54-летний житель п. Медногорский. Мужчина обвиняется в умышленном причинении тяжкого вреда здоровью знакомого, повлекшего его смерть.
По данным следствия, 11 октября 2026 года между фигурантом и его знакомым вспыхнул конфликт на бытовой почве. Ссора, сопровождавшаяся взаимными оскорблениями, переросла в рукоприкладство. Фигурант, будучи в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, в процессе драки нанес своему противнику многочисленные удары руками и ногами по разным частям тела. Эти удары стали причиной смерти пострадавшего.
В результате принятых следователем СК и сотрудниками МВД по КЧР мер установлено местонахождение фигуранта, и он задержан. Ему избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
Школьный психолог из КЧР представила на всероссийском конкурсе бота для детей
Маргарита Шидакова, психолог Центра образования № 11, представила Карачаево-Черкесию на XX Всероссийском конкурсе «Педагог-психолог — 2026».
Её разработка — психологический бот, который помогает школьникам справляться с разными эмоциональными состояниями. С помощью специальных команд ребёнок может выбрать подходящий алгоритм действий в зависимости от того, что чувствует. Кроме психологических техник, бот включает двух виртуальных тренеров.
В Республиканской больнице в Черкесске открыли игровую комнату для детей
В приёмном отделении Республиканской многопрофильной больницы появилось пространство, где маленькие пациенты смогут отвлечься от больничной обстановки, поиграть и снизить тревожность.
Открытие и оснащение комнаты стало возможным благодаря благотворительному фонду «Жизнь как чудо», который на протяжении многих лет поддерживает детские отделения больницы.
На церемонии открытия заместитель министра здравоохранения КЧР Тамара Кипкеева вручила представителям фонда благодарность от имени министерства за сотрудничество и вклад в охрану здоровья жителей республики.

В Душанбе завершился Международный турнир по дзюдо среди юниоров и юниорок до 21 года "Hoji Sharif Dushanbe Grand Prix Juniors 2026", в котором приняли участие 227 спортсменов и спортсменок из 19 стран.

С 15 по 18 октября в Астрахани прошли чемпионат и первенство федеральных округов России по плаванию. Сборная Карачаево-Черкесии успешно выступила на соревнованиях, завоевав медали разного достоинства.
🥇 Золотые медали — у С. Гороховой и К. Тамбиевой. Спортсмены республики также завоевали серебряные и бронзовые награды.
Отдельное достижение — у Каримы Тамбиевой: она выполнила норматив кандидата в мастера спорта России (КМС).

♟️ Школьник из КЧР вошёл в число участников федерального этапа шахматного турнира
Марат Апсов, десятиклассник школы аула Али-Бердуковский Хабезского района, выступил на Всероссийском детском шахматном турнире имени С. С. Говорухина в центре «Орлёнок».
В соревнованиях участвовали 80 шахматистов. Марат одержал шесть побед в девяти партиях и занял 12-е место.
В Карачаево-Черкесии врачи оказывают необходимую медицинскую помощь 12-летнему пешеходу, пострадавшему в ДТП в Зеленчукском районе республики.
Напомним, ДТП произошло 24 октября около 18:00 на федеральной автомобильной дороге «Подъезд к МЦО „Архыз“». По предварительной информации МВД по КЧР, 71-летний водитель автомобиля УАЗ «Патриот» совершил наезд на несовершеннолетнего, переходившего проезжую часть по нерегулируемому пешеходному переходу.
Пострадавший был госпитализирован в медицинское учреждение. По информации Министерства здравоохранения КЧР, ребёнку оказывается вся необходимая медицинская помощь, проводится полный комплекс лечебных мероприятий. Состояние пациента стабильное.
Сотрудники МО МВД России «Зеленчукский» устанавливают все обстоятельства произошедшего.
В Усть-Джегутинском районе задержали подозреваемого в нападении с ножом
По версии следствия, 25-летний местный житель во время конфликта нанёс несколько ножевых ранений 35-летнему мужчине. Подозреваемый задержан, в полиции он дал признательные показания.
Возбуждено уголовное дело об умышленном причинении тяжкого вреда здоровью с применением оружия. Максимальное наказание по этой статье — до 10 лет лишения свободы.
