В Ленинградской области запретили продавать пиво и другие слабоалкогольные напитки на разлив с 22:00 до 11:00 в так называемых магазинах-барах, расположенных в многоквартирных домах. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба законодательного собрания региона.
Ограничения распространяются на пиво, пивные напитки, сидр, пуаре и медовуху, которые продают в тару покупателя или продавца. Запрет будет действовать, если магазин и заведение общепита находятся в одном здании и не разделены между собой по документам.
«На них (слабоалкогольные напитки. — РБК) тоже будет действовать запрет, если торговый объект и объект общественного питания находятся в одном здании многоквартирного дома и торговый объект, в котором осуществляется розничная продажа, не обособлен от объекта общественного питания по инвентаризационным и правоустанавливающим документам», — говорится в сообщении.
Представителей Европы «никто не собирается» приглашать за стол переговоров по Украине. Об этом заявил помощник президента России Юрий Ушаков в интервью ИС «Вести».
По его словам, на сегодняшний день существует договоренность только о возобновлении трехсторонних переговоров с участием представителей России, Украины и США. Присутствие Европы на них не подразумевается.
«Они туда могут попасть, если купят билеты, но никто их за стол переговоров приглашать не собирается», — сказал Ушаков.
