Генеральный директор компании-застройщика складских помещений Шухрат Кочканов сообщил, что, несмотря на нехватку качественных складов и рост предъявляемых к ним требований, сложившиеся условия открывают хорошие перспективы для крымских девелоперов.
«Рынок складской недвижимости развивается неравномерно. В столичных регионах за последние годы построили значительные объёмы складских помещений, а в Крыму качественных современных комплексов не хватает. При этом требования бизнеса к условиям хранения постоянно растут. Это открывает региональным девелоперам очень хорошие возможности», — сказал он.
Кочканов также добавил, что в настоящее время отмечается переход рынка складской недвижимости от количественного роста к качественному развитию.
«Рынок складской недвижимости находится на этапе взросления. Если раньше можно было просто построить склад, то сейчас на первый план выходит его качество, местоположение и эффективность. Особенно это заметно в регионах, где нынешняя складская инфраструктура ещё недостаточно развита. В Крыму мы видим хороший потенциал для дальнейшего роста этого сегмента», — подчеркнул он.
🚰 Проблему с водоснабжением дома в Судаке удалось решить после обращения к Главе Крыма
Жительница дома №27 на улице Айвазовского Надежда Безух сообщила, что подача воды прекратилась две недели назад. Отключение затронуло весь второй подъезд.
«Ещё звонили соседи Аксёнову, я писала конкретно в исполком, со мной созванивался его заместитель. Звонили в водоканал, водоканал говорил, что мы подаём, обращались в управляющую компанию», — отметила Надежда.
Она отметила, что две недели люди пытались добиться решения, но ничего не менялось. Специалисты приехали только после ежедневных обращений. Они пробили участок ниже счётчика и нашли засор. Сейчас водоснабжение в доме восстановлено.
По мнению Надежды, проблемы могли появиться после строительства соседнего дома: возле колодца велись работы, и уже более полугода там постоянно течёт вода — этот вопрос до сих пор не решён.

По версии следствия, в 2024 году мужчина неоднократно публиковал в интернете призывы к экстремистской деятельности, а также высказывания, оправдывающие действия запрещённой в России террористической организации, сообщили в прокуратуре Севастополя.
Обвиняемого задержали сотрудники органов безопасности. Сейчас он находится под стражей. Уголовное дело направлено в Южный окружной военный суд.

🎤 В Крыму рассказали, как определяют лучшие сельские населённые пункты региона
Председатель комитета Госсовета РК по государственному строительству и местному самоуправлению Роман Шантаев рассказал, как проходит конкурс «Лучший сельский населённый пункт Республики Крым».
«Для участия в конкурсе должно быть принято решение сельского либо городского совета. После того как депутаты приняли решение, собирают пакет документов, заполняют соответствующую форму, отправляют, снимают трёхминутный ролик про свой населённый пункт и свои достижения», — отметил он.
Шантаев рассказал, что после отсмотра роликов члены комиссии отправляются в населённые пункты, где выставляют баллы по тем или иным критериям.
«В декабре руководители республики торжественно вручают награды, которые уже в следующем году реализуются финансово. То есть ты в этом году одержал победу, а финансовые средства получаешь в следующем году», — заключил он.
❕ Аксёнов поручил расчистить русла рек и водоёмы на Южном берегу Крыма, чтобы предотвратить новые подтопления
Глава Республики Крым Сергей Аксёнов поручил местным властям подготовить план очистки русел рек и водоёмов на ЮБК. Необходимо устранить участки, где скапливается вода. Ранее такие места уже становились причиной изменения русел рек и подтопления населённых пунктов.
Аксёнов отметил, что прежние администрации не уделяли этой проблеме достаточного внимания. Он также поручил специалистам обследовать пруды и озёра, установить причины их переполнения и принять меры, которые помогут избежать подобных ситуаций в дальнейшем.
🚌 В Крыму усилили контроль за общественным транспортом
В республике подготовили резервные автобусы и обновили маршруты, чтобы жители быстрее добирались до нужных мест даже при поломках транспорта и отключениях электричества. Об этом сообщил министр транспорта Крыма Арсений Козловский на совещании с Главой Крыма Сергеем Аксёновым.

На базе «Крымтроллейбуса» подготовили 13 автобусов. Их распределили по маршрутам с учётом загруженности. Для каждого направления также создали рабочие группы, которые будут следить за ситуацией.
🔴 Автобусы выйдут на троллейбусные маршруты при отключении света
Если из-за перебоев с электричеством остановится троллейбус, его заменит автобус. Например, на маршрут № 4 в Симферополе резервный транспорт смогут направить примерно за 20 минут.
🔴 За каждым маршрутом закрепили ответственных
Теперь ситуацию контролируют заместитель главы администрации, профильный депутат и диспетчерская служба. Водитель сообщает о поломке диспетчеру, после чего принимается решение о выпуске резервного автобуса.
🔴 В Новоульяновку продлили маршруты из Бахчисарая
Два автобусных маршрута теперь заезжают непосредственно в село. Ранее жителям приходилось добираться до автостанции, расположенной в 3,5 километра от населённого пункта. Нововведение особенно важно для пожилых людей, которым было сложно преодолевать это расстояние пешком.
