How the quality index is calculated
С 1 ноября в Перми расширится зона платной парковки.
Новые участки появятся в районе Тихого Компроса. В зону № 101 войдут отрезки улиц Героев Хасана, Куйбышева и Комсомольского проспекта, а также улицы Клары Цеткин, Чкалова и Коминтерна.
Стоимость — 30 рублей в час. Парковка будет платной с 9:00 до 19:00, кроме выходных и нерабочих праздничных дней.

Маме погибшего матроса «Волгонефти 212» вернули иск к «Кама шиппинг» на 3 миллиона.
Наталья Саблина еще летом выиграла в суде иск у «Кама шиппинг» на компенсацию морального вреда в 2,5 млн рублей, а также компенсацию похорон и юриста в судах. Ее сын Данил Саблин был тем единственным человеком, который погиб во время крушения нефтетанкеров в Керченском проливе 15 декабря 2024 года.
Вот только решение суда стало фактически неисполнимым. Пароходчик вот-вот будет ликвидирован, денег на банкротство нет, а долги по судам стремятся к 80 миллиардам.

В среду Прикамье накроют осадки. Предварительно, 4 ноября они будут еще небольшими, на следующий день более значительными — от мокрого снега до дождя. При этом может потеплеть до +5°С в южной части края. Снежный покров в середине декады сформируется по северу и востоку, хотя ненадолго может образоваться и в Перми.

ФСБ: житель Перми организовал коммутатор для мошенников в Череповце.
Гражданин переехал на Вологодчину из Перми и нашел себе непыльную работенку — занялся обустройством коммутатора для мошеннического call-центра. Не такого, конечно, чтобы «барышня, барышня», а по последнему слову техники, с использованием GSM-шлюзов.
В общем, если у вас во время разговора с мошенниками высвечивались череповецкие номера, то это вполне могло быть дело рук земляка.
Долго поработать на мошенническое ОПГ вдали от родины пермяку не удалось. Вместо непыльной работенки ему пришлось однажды рано утром на рассвете встретить у себя в гостях группу silovikov.
❗️В Минобороны России сообщили о сбитых над Прикамьем беспилотниках.
С 8:00 до 20:00 мск 29 октября ПВО были перехвачены и уничтожены 40 украинских беспилотных летательных средств над территориями Белгородской, Брянской, Курской, Орловской областей и Пермского края.
Как официально сообщалось накануне, над Прикамьем вчера сбили 10 беспилотников.
В пермской воздушной гавани отменили утренний вылет компании «Азимут» в столицу Дагестана и Минеральные воды на 15:30, также самолет «Аэрофлота» отправлением в столицу отправлением в 20:25.
Кроме того, задержаны утренние рейсы «Победа» — в Пулково отправлением в 5:20 и в столичное Внуково. В Санкт- Петербург пассажиры полетят только в в 14:30, в Москву — 11:35.
Помимо этого, незначительно отложен вылет в Минск. Борт перевозчика «Редвингс» в столицу Беларуси отправится не в 15:30, а в 16:25.
В Перми появится школа русского жестового языка для слышащих. Проект «Пермь говорит руками» запускает региональное отделение Всероссийского общества глухих, пишет ресурс «Читайтекст».
Вести занятия по необычной коммуникации будут профессиональные преподаватели. Стартует курс в Перми, а затем планируется распространить этот опыт на другие города.

Год назад в Перми прошли благотворительные экскурсии «Улица Жунёва» по следам работ этого автора. Собранные средства перечислены в поддержку создания книги. Прогулки проводила радиоведущая и хранитель его творческого наследия Аника Рик.
