Неадекватная ситуация: приехала машина такси, но на точке вызова по факту её не оказалось.
Я позвонил водителю узнать, а где машина: говорил вежливо, но не поздоровался с водителем по телефону. Его это очень лично задело.
После укола в ухо, я честно говоря сам не свой, поэтому и поехал из больницы не за рулем, а вызвал такси. Ок, можно считать некрасиво вышло с моей стороны, но не более.
А вот потом от водителя начались нотации, как нехорошо я себя повел, тут я включил телефон.
1️⃣ К этому моменту таксист решили отменить заказ, чтобы я не поставил ему низкую оценку.
Ну, а когда я попросил показаться карточку водителя (забыл, что в бизнесе её нет), то водитель показал мне удостоверение сотрудника МВД 🤩 и пригрозил, что ещё может меня найти в будущем. И даже начал считать от 3 до 1, чтобы я вышел из машины.
Все это ничто иное, как прямые угрозы. Я в такие конфликты не влезаю и вам не советую (мне не 20 лет, чтобы махач устраивать из-за ерунды). Да и кто знает, что у него в кармане: нож или пистолет.
Но дело не во мне, в такси этому человеку делать нечего, сегодня нахамил – завтра кого-то побьет, ведь он жеугрожал мне, чтобы я вышел, а иначе бы что? Началась драка?
Более того, если он действующий сотрудник МВД, то в такси ему работать запрещено, тем более красоваться своим удостоверением.
🏛 Поэтому прошу МВД проверить, числится в рядах Полиции Мосоян Карен Аликович, возможно, удостоверение поддельное. Тогда, тем более, ситуация интересная.
🚕 Прошу Яндекс немедленно отключить данного гражданина от сервиса заказов.
Когда значения дорожных знаков, в том числе временных, и линий горизонтальной разметки противоречат друг другу либо разметка недостаточно различима, водители должны руководствоваться дорожными знаками.
Знак ⬆️ 4.1.6 «Движение направо или налево» разрешает движение только в направлениях, указанных на знаках стрелками. Но при этом разметка левый поворот запрещает. Тут явное противоречие и мы руководствуемся знаком!
При этом действие знаков ⬆️ ➡️ ⬅️ ⬆️ ⬆️ ↔️ распространяется на пересечение проезжих частей (а не на перекрёсток, как многие ошибочно думают), перед которым установлен знак.
Выезд из двора – обычное пересечение проезжих частей, это вообще многие не знают. Знак ⬆️ действует и на него.

5-летний запас времени должен стать четким сигналом как для региональных и муниципальных властей, так и для автовладельцев, которым необходимо успеть оформить свои объекты в собственность.
С осени 2021 года по гаражной амнистии легализовали более840 000 объектов — в течение ближайших 5 лет рассчитывают узаконить еще более 500 000 гаражей.
Так что если давно тянули с оформлением своего гаража — самое время этим заняться!
Правда многие автовладельцы столкнулись с огромным количеством отказов и ограничений.
Например, с начала гаражной амнистии в 2021 году в Москве оформили в собственность всего 449 гаражей (из 840 тысяч по стране!).
Когда несколько лет назад наши граждане завозили машины из Казахстана (Таможенный союз!), таможня применяла льготные пошлины. А теперь присылает доначисления от несколько сотен тысяч до 4.5 млн рублей (в несколько раз больше цены самих авто).
Депутаты Госдумы из партии «Новые люди» направили на отзыв в Правительство законопроект о замене штрафов на предупреждение за впервые совершенные несерьезные нарушения ПДД, выявленные камерой.
Впервые совершённое правонарушение
— не первое в жизни, а если с момента исполнения предыдущего наказания прошло более года (ст. 4.6 КоАП РФ). Как вы помните, мы уже давно боремся за замену штрафа за неоплату платной дороги на предупреждение. Формально все соответствует ст. 4.1 КоАП: нарушение водитель совершил впервые, никакой опасности оно не несет.
Несмотря на то, что в КоАП прямо сказано, что штраф «подлежит замене» на предупреждение (это не право, не опция, а обязанность!), пока никто эту норму не применяет.
Идея отличная. Давайте поощрять тех, кто ездит аккуратно и если ошибается, то изредка. Пройдёт законопроект?
На Кубани после ДТП виновник насильно запихнул пострадавшую в свою машину и увез в неизвестном направлении. Дай бог, чтобы в больницу.
Но ведь тут ещё и момент, что после аварии некоторых пострадавших лучше не трогать до приезда скорой, чтобы не нанести им ещё больше травм (особенно при переломе позвоночника).
Поражаюсь над людьми, которые просто снимают, обсуждают, но никак не вмешиваются…

Редкий случай, когда я за повышение штрафов. Но на мой взгляд, можно еще штрафовать за езду без прав еще жестче! Наказание должно быть таким, чтобы даже не возникало мысли сесть за руль без водительского удостоверения!
