🚙 Автозавод выплатит пермячке более 4 млн рублей за внедорожник, который часто ломался
Жительница Перми купила отечественный внедорожник с автоматической коробкой передач за 2,16 млн рублей в июне 2024 года. В течение следующего года машина несколько раз попадала на гарантийный ремонт: возникали проблемы с двигателем, изнашивался привод, были дефекты краски. В общей сложности автомобиль простоял в сервисе 62 дня.
В октябре 2025 года женщина потребовала вернуть деньги и компенсировать разницу между первоначальной и нынешней стоимостью машины. Завод выплатил стоимость автомобиля и часть компенсации, но остальное пришлось взыскивать через суд. Экспертиза оценила наиболее близкую по характеристикам модель в 4,23 млн рублей.
Суд обязал производителя выплатить покупательнице 1,66 млн рублей разницы в цене, 1 млн рублей неустойки за задержку возврата денег и ещё 1,16 млн рублей за просрочку выплаты компенсации. Кроме того, взысканы 300 тысяч рублей штрафа, 10 тысяч рублей за моральный вред и судебные расходы.
🌿 Пермяка через суд обязали уничтожить заросли борщевика на участке площадью 1 300 квадратных метров
Владелец земли не боролся с опасным сорняком, и тот разросся на площади около 1 300 кв. метров. Администрация Добрянского округа обратилась в суд, указав, что сок борщевика Сосновского может вызывать сильные ожоги кожи.
По решению суда собственник должен уничтожить заросли в течение 10 дней после вступления решения в силу, а затем пять лет подряд проводить обработку участка, чтобы сорняк не появился снова.
За каждый день просрочки ему придётся платить 300 рублей. Если владелец не выполнит требования в течение 40 дней, администрация сможет сама организовать работы, а расходы взыскать с него. Также мужчине предстоит заплатить 4 тысячи рублей госпошлины.
💇♀ В Соликамске женщина незаконно получила 42 тысячи рублей пособия по безработице
39-летняя жительница города обратилась в центр занятости осенью 2024 года и получила статус безработной. При этом она не сообщила специалистам, что имеет работу и доход.
Позже выяснилось, что женщина трудилась парикмахером в одном из местных салонов. С сентября по декабрь она продолжала получать пособие, незаконно присвоив 42 тысячи рублей.
Во время расследования фигурантка признала вину и раскаялась. Уголовное дело по ч. 1 ст. 159.2 УК РФ «Мошенничество при получении выплат» направлено в суд.
🚗 Автосалон в Прикамье продал Mazda с недостоверными характеристиками и заплатит покупателю
В ноябре 2025 года пермяк купил в автосалоне Mazda CX-5 2020 года выпуска за 2,629 млн рублей. В объявлении автомобиль был указан как полноприводный, однако после покупки выяснилось, что у него только передний привод.
Покупатель потребовал уменьшить стоимость машины и вернуть 434,2 тысячи рублей, но продавец оставил претензию без ответа. Тогда мужчина обратился в суд, потребовав также неустойку, убытки в виде выплаченных процентов по кредиту, компенсацию морального вреда и штраф.
Березниковский городской суд частично удовлетворил иск. Автосалон попытался оспорить решение, однако Пермский краевой суд оставил его в силе. Суд указал, что продавец обязан предоставлять покупателям полную и достоверную информацию о характеристиках автомобиля.
🚌 В Прикамье наградили пассажиров, которые спасли автобус с детьми от падения с моста
Инцидент произошёл 22 октября на рейсе Соликамск — Тюлькино. Водитель автобуса внезапно потерял сознание, когда в салоне находились 11 человек, в том числе трое детей. Неконтролируемый ПАЗ уже приблизился к обрыву у реки и ударился о бордюр.
На помощь бросилась медсестра Дарья Селянина. Она успела повернуть руль, а затем вместе с пассажиром Сергеем Колеговым вывела автобус из опасной траектории. Водитель пришёл в себя уже после того, как транспорт пересёк мост, и остановил его.
За спасение пассажиров Дарью и Сергея поблагодарили и наградили.
🌤 В Прикамье после тёплых выходных начнутся дожди и мокрый снег: когда ждать первый снегопад
В субботу, 31 октября, антициклон «Герхард», который принёс в регион солнечную и тёплую погоду, окончательно разрушится. Но до этого в Перми и на юге края ещё сохранится тепло до +8…+10 градусов. На севере будет +6…+8 °C. Ночью температура опустится до -2…+3 градусов, местами на юге — до -5 °C.
В ночь на воскресенье регион пересечёт холодный фронт. На севере возможны дождь и мокрый снег, а в Перми и на юге осадков не ожидается. Днём температура составит +2…+7 градусов, в краевой столице — +4…+6 °C.
2-3 ноября ненадолго установится сухая погода благодаря новому антициклону со стороны Скандинавии. Однако заметного солнца уже не будет: ночью ожидается -2…+3 °C, днём — 0…+5 °C.
С 4 ноября начнутся осадки, которые 5 ноября усилятся. В разных районах края ожидаются мокрый снег и дождь, хотя на юге возможно потепление до +5 градусов. Снежный покров может сформироваться на севере и востоке региона, ненадолго снег может лечь и в Перми.

💸 В Прикамье девушка попыталась украсть деньги из сейфа в первый рабочий день
21-летнюю жительницу Чайковского обвиняют в попытке присвоить более 20 тысяч рублей из кассы коммерческой организации. В первый же день работы девушка получила доступ к сейфу как материально ответственное лицо и забрала оттуда деньги.
Когда руководство обнаружило пропажу, сотрудница спрятала купюры под линолеумом в одном из помещений. Полицейские нашли тайник и изъяли всю сумму.
Позже девушка призналась, что решилась на это из-за многочисленных микрозаймов. Деньги она собиралась использовать для первого взноса за процедуру банкротства. Уголовное дело уже направлено в суд.
⛺️🤯 Пермяк месяц прятался в шалаше в лесу, чтобы не отбывать наказание
Мужчину 1983 года рождения поймали в лесу под деревней Нововознесенск Очёрского округа. Он находился в розыске, так как не пришёл в учреждение для отбывания наказания — принудительных работ за преступление, предусмотренное ст. 116 УК РФ («Побои») со сроком лишения свободы на два года.
В масштабной операции «Розыск» задействовали 186 сотрудников ГУФСИН России по Пермскому краю. Они отработали почти 600 адресов, поймали 40 человек, находившихся в федеральном розыске.

• Дети 5-9 лет — в прошлом году миопией болели 6%, в этом уже 11,47%; • 10-14 лет — 14,5% год назад, сейчас 21,6%.
