Есть в Приморье вершины, к которым ведут хорошо натоптанные тропы. А есть Медвежья- гора, которая словно специально прячется от случайных путешественников.
Высота Медвежьей всего 1152 метра. Она находится на Ливадийском хребте, примерно посередине траверса между знаменитыми Пиданом и Фалазой. С её вершины открываются виды сразу на две знаковые приморские вершины и окружающие хребты.
Но добраться сюда уже отдельное приключение. Весь маршрут занял 25 км туда обратно. Вдоль реки , подьем по курумнику , выход на хребет…

Снимок дальневосточного леопарда удостоился победы в номинации «Заповедная Россия» международного конкурса фотографий дикой природы «Золотая черепаха».
Автор кадра «Хозяин Борисовского плато» — фотограф Юрий Смитюк. Его героем стал молодой самец Leo 347M, обитающий в нацпарке «Земля леопарда».
Ради снимка фотограф вместе со специалистами нацпарка установил профессиональную скрытую фотоловушку на Борисовском плато. Затем — месяц ожидания без гарантии, что редкий хищник появится перед объективом. «И он вышел. Спокойный и уверенный хозяин территории», — рассказал Юрий Смитюк.
В итоговую экспозицию фестиваля вошла ещё одна работа фотографа — снимок амурского тигра, также сделанный в «Земле леопарда».
