Новосибирское Заксобрание поддержало законопроект о повышении транспортного налога
29 октября в ходе очередной сессии Законодательного собрания региона депутаты проголосовали за проект закона, который предусматривает увеличение транспортного налога в Новосибирской области на 10,9%.
Перед парламентариями выступил глава Минфина НСО Виталий Голубенко, который пояснил, что повышение транспортного налога — вынужденная мера, вызванная необходимостью адаптировать действующие налоговые ставки в текущим эконмическим реалиям. При этом сами начисления по новым ставкам начнутся только с 2028 года.
При разработке законопроекта за основу взяли эквивалентную стоимость полубака бензина отечественного автомобиля «Лада Гранта» и 3/4 бака популярной иномарки Toyota Corolla.

На ремонт 38 километров дорог в Новосибирске ушло 2,2 миллиарда
В Новосибирске за сезон привели в порядок 38 километров дорог и 92 участка тротуаров, потратив на ремонт 2,2 миллиарда рублей. Об этом на пресс-конференции в ТАСС сообщил первый заместитель мэра Иосиф Кодалаев.
Ремонт выполнили досрочно: готовность достигла 99% уже в августе. На улице Кирова возле метро «Октябрьская» движение обещают открыть в ближайшее время.
Всего на дорожные работы ушло 3,4 миллиарда рублей, из которых около 1,2 миллиарда направили на строительство новых объектов.
Департамент потребительского рынка Новосибирска сменил куратора
В мэрии Новосибирска сменился куратор департамента инвестиций, потребительского рынка, инноваций и предпринимательства. Теперь это направление будет вести заместитель мэра Евгений Попантонопуло. Ранее его курировал вице-мэр Максим Останин.
Максим Кудрявцев объяснил перестановку тем, что Останин теперь отвечает за сеть координационных центров по сбору помощи бойцам СВО.
«Максим Константинович основную часть времени находится непосредственно в зоне проведения СВО в постоянной связи с нашими воинскими подразделениями. Сегодня это ключевая зона его ответственности и безусловный приоритет в работе мэрии», — отметил мэр.

535 машин и 800 рабочих: хватит ли Новосибирску сил на сильные снегопады
Для уборки снега в Новосибирске зимой задействуют 535 единиц техники и почти 800 рабочих. Как сообщил первый заместитель мэра Иосиф Кодалаев, этого хватит для обычных снегопадов, но при обильных осадках город будет привлекать подрядчиков. Для уборки тротуаров от снега планируют купить 50 тракторов за 250 миллионов рублей, но вопрос финансирования пока не решен.
На улицах будут использовать три вида противогололедных смесей вместо двух. Новый состав из реагента и мраморной крошки распределят по всем районам. Но из-за ограниченных возможностей бюджета город продолжит сыпать и традиционную пескосоляную смесь.

В Новосибирской области продолжает набирать обороты скандал, связанный с изъятием водительских прав у жителя Колыванского района Дениса Подгорского за отказ от медосвидетельствования.
Мужчина уверяет, что был трезв и сдал алкотест с нулевым результатом, а отказной материал его убедили подписать сотрудники ГИБДД, в отношении которых сейчас проводится служебная проверка. Свидетель по делу о лишении прав сибиряка Алексей М. также решил обратиться в службу собственной безопасности полиции.
Сам инцидент произошел минувшим летом в селе Скала Колыванского района. Денис Подгорский находился в своем припаркованном УАЗе около одного из домов, когда подъехавшие гаишники решили проверить его состояние.

Пыль и фенол: где в Новосибирске воздух оказался грязнее нормы
В Новосибирске зафиксировали превышения по загрязняющим веществам 27–28 октября. В Заельцовском районе содержание взвешенных веществ достигло 1,2 ПДК. В Дзержинском на посту № 18 пыль тоже на уровне 1,0 ПДК, а ещё там обнаружили повышенную концентрацию фенола. В остальных районах города превышений нет.
В Бердске и Искитиме воздух остаётся в пределах нормы. Врачи советуют жителям Заельцовского и Дзержинского районов внимательнее следить за самочувствием — такие показатели могут влиять на здоровье.
Травил газом и душил жену: в Бердске будут судить мужчину за попытку убийства
В Бердске перед судом предстанет 49-летний местный житель, который пытался убить жену с помощью газа. Ночью он протянул шланг от газовой трубы к изголовью кровати спящей супруги и открыл подачу. Женщина вовремя проснулась и успела выбежать на улицу. Ранее мужчина уже угрожал ей ножом, душил руками и поджигал рядом газовый баллон.
В ходе следствия выяснилось, что мужчина страдает психическим расстройством. Его обвиняют в покушении на убийство и угрозах, однако вместо колонии ему грозит принудительное лечение. Бердский городской суд рассмотрит дело для применения медицинских мер.
Новосибирские хирурги спасли первоклассника, пережившего серию инсультов
Врачи Новосибирской областной больницы удалили семилетнему мальчику каверному размером с крупный мандарин. Первоклассника Матвея год мучили головные боли — обследование выявило новообразование около трёх сантиметров, которое за год выросло вдвое. Ребёнка экстренно госпитализировали с подозрением на кровоизлияние в мозг. Операция стала 54-й в мире при таких размерах и возрасте.
«Эта кавернома — полости, заполненные кровью разной давности. Ребёнок неоднократно переносил инсульты», — рассказал главный нейрохирург области Александр Бобылев.
По его словам, на решение у команды были считанные часы, а каверном таких размеров в их практике ещё не было.
