В поселке Климово Брянской области удар дрона-камикадзе по частному дому привел к гибели 30-летней женщины и 41-летнего мужчины. Еще пять человек получили ранения в этом же населенном пункте.

В Орле предупреждают: на Хэллоуин 2026 года стоит внимательно выбирать костюмы и декор. За использование сатанинской символики, например перевёрнутой пентаграммы или крестов, можно получить штраф до 2 тысяч рублей или административный арест до 15 суток. Простые атрибуты праздника — тыквы, привидения и свечи — не запрещены.
Орловский адвокат Иван Караиванов отметил, что демонстрировать такую символику в рекламе и на афишах нельзя. Церковь же советует относиться к Хэллоуину с осторожностью, подчёркивая, что праздник не является традиционным для России.
По данным «Орловские новости», наказание наступает даже без злого умысла, если запрещённые символы видны публике.

Педагоги регионального центра «Созвездие Орла» приняли участие во Всероссийском конкурсе «Миссия: Инженер», который прошёл с 26 по 30 октября в Санкт-Петербурге. Луиза Азарова и Мария Железникова получили дипломы финалистов заочного этапа и сертификаты за опыт педагогической деятельности по теме «Интегрированный урок».
В департаменте образования региона отметили успехи педагогов на конкурсе.

27 октября на остановке «Никуличи» специалисты оценили, сколько пассажиров ездит в автобусах маршрута №354, который связывает поселок Знаменка и ИЗБК. Проверка проходила с 7:30 до 8:35, в это время проехало семь автобусов, шесть из них были низкопольными.
Максимальная загрузка пришлась на период после 8:20, когда начинается учеба в Орловском автодорожном техникуме в поселке Стрелецкий.
По информации «РИА 57», студентам посоветовали ездить в менее загруженное время, чтобы избежать толпы в транспорте.

Житель Орловской области попытался купить товар через сайт объявлений и перевел продавцу 53 800 рублей, но тот заблокировал аккаунт и пропал. Деньги поступили на счет дроппера, который снял их и передал знакомому, оставив себе 3000 рублей.
Суд обязал дроппера вернуть всю сумму и компенсировать госпошлину.
Как сообщает «РИА 57», в суде подчеркнули, что владелец счета отвечает за операции по своей карте, даже если передал ее другому человеку.
