Он был посвящён кино о героях и собрал зрителей на площадке ОГУ имени Тургенева. Организатор - Центр культуры и эстетического образования. Проект получил поддержку Президентского фонда культурных инициатив.
Открывали фестиваль премьерой фильма "Канатников". Картина повествует о 19-летнем Егоре Канатникове - выпускнике орловской школы №50, танкисте, который погиб в 2022 году, закрыв собой боевого товарища, выполняя задачи на СВО. Режиссёр, автор фильма - Андрей Жуков, заместитель генерального директора "Первого Областного". Финалом стал показ фильмов о героях Отечественной войны 1812 года - Денисе Давыдове и Алексее Ермолове.
Ни одной кражи за полгода не произошло на охраняемых орловской Росгвардией объектах
Такую информацию озвучил начальник управления вневедомственной охраны региональной Росгвардии Николай Бородин. При этом он отметил, что в текущем году группы задержания росгвардейцев осуществили более 6,5 тысяч выездов по тревожным сообщениям.
В Орле восстановили подачу воды в Заводском районе после аварии на водопроводе
Авария произошла вчера около полудня. По предварительной оценке экспертов, причиной стал дефект сварного соединения трубопровода.
Было снижено давление холодной воды в многоквартирных домах 907-го, 908-го и 909-го кварталов и в микрорайоне Новая Ботаника.
Кроме того была приостановлена работа нескольких котельных.
Для ликвидации аварии было задействовано 35 сотрудников «Водоканала», привлечено больше 10 единиц спецтехники. На помощь пришли работники «Спецавтобазы».
Работы не прекращались вечером и ночью. Восстановить водоснабжение удалось сегодня утром.

Заявки принимают до 29 ноября. Сам финал премии пройдет в апреле 2027 года на Всероссийском муниципальном форуме «Малая родина — сила России».
15-летнего подростка с редким для такого возраста осложнением язвенной болезни прооперировали в детской областной больнице
Девочка попала в учреждение на скорой с острой болью в животе. Оказалось, что в её двенадцатиперстной кишке образовалась перфорация и содержимое попало в брюшную полость. То, что лет 10 назад считалось редкостью для детей, теперь встречается всё чаще, - отмечают в больнице. Екатерина Головина узнала подробности.

Сегодня в Орле мы чествовали тех, чья работа позволяет закону обрести силу – службу судебных приставов.
В прошлом году ведомство отметило 160-летний юбилей. Благодаря работе приставов за 9 месяцев этого года в регионе окончено 230 тысяч исполнительных производств, перечислены взыскателям почти 2,9 миллиардов рублей. Возвращенная сумма задолженности в бюджеты всех уровней увеличилась до 110 миллионов рублей.
Особо хочу отметить вклад УФССП в работу Орловского тыла: более 6 млн рублей и 3 тонны гуманитарных грузов доставлено службой на передовую. Благодарю за патриотическую работу с молодым поколением, заботу о сохранении памяти павших защитников Отечества. И, конечно, за выполнение общих задач по комплектованию Вооруженных Сил, ответственность и высокое чувство долга.

В Орловскую область постепенно приходит ноябрьское похолодание
Последние октябрьские выходные в Орле обещают быть относительно тёплыми, но уже с начала ноября погода начнёт меняться. По прогнозам орловских синоптиков, регион ждёт постепенное похолодание и небольшие осадки.
В субботу, 31 октября, возможен кратковременный дождь. Впрочем, сильных осадков не ожидается: по прогнозу орловских синоптиков, дождь будет небольшим и может пройти далеко не во всех районах области.
С началом ноября погода станет менее устойчивой. В регион придёт южный циклон, который принесёт с собой облачность и осадки. Днём температура воздуха в первые дни месяца составит от +5 до +10 градусов. Ночью будет заметно прохладнее — местами по области столбики термометров могут опуститься до нуля. При этом устойчивых отрицательных температур пока не ожидается.
Небольшие осадки возможны и 3–4 ноября. По предварительным прогнозам синоптиков, местами может пройти дождь с мокрым снегом. Однако осадки обещают быть кратковременными и незначительными, причём дождя будет больше, чем снега.
Выше +8 градусов в начале ноября температура, скорее всего, уже не поднимется. Так что тёплая осенняя погода постепенно уступает место ноябрьской прохладе.
