Троллейбус с ковровой дорожкой? Было! В 1955 году по территории ВСХВ (будущей ВДНХ) поехал, пожалуй, самый роскошный советский троллейбус — СВАРЗ-ТБЭС.
Его создали специально для неспешных экскурсий по выставке достижений: ● В салоне постелили настоящую ковровую дорожку, установили мягкие кресла и зеркало во весь рост. ● А чтобы любоваться павильонами ничего не мешало, вместо привычных форточек сделали прозрачные пластиковые шторки — в ясную погоду их просто поднимали к крыше, превращая машину почти в кабриолет.
Позже на его основе сделали более строгую городскую версию без «курортного шика» — СВАРЗ-МТБЭС, которая долгие годы возила москвичей по обычным маршрутам. Но это уже совсем другая история🙂
