Она считывает подозрительное регулярное аннулирование чеков в приложении «Мой налог». С начала года на нарушениях поймали уже около 3 000 человек на сумму ₽300 млн.
Самозанятые стремятся скрыть повышение годового лимита в ₽2,4 млн. Штраф за первое такое нарушение составляет 20% от суммы операции, за повторное — 100%.

Вместо возмещения фактических расходов учителям хотят выплачивать фиксированные 1 340 рублей в месяц. А членов семьи из числа получателей компенсации исключить. Изменения объясняют оптимизацией расходов краевого бюджета. Если проект примут, новые правила заработают с 1 января 2027 года. Обсуждение документа продлится до 1 ноября.
🚜 В Минераловодском округе снесли незаконно построенный гараж
Мужчине, работавшему на железной дороге, предоставили земельный участок для садоводства. Однако вместо этого он возвёл на нём капитальный гараж.
После безрезультатных требований демонтировать постройку организация обратилась в суд. Суд признал гараж самовольной постройкой и обязал владельца его снести.
Судебные приставы предупредили мужчину о возможном принудительном демонтаже с последующим взысканием расходов. В итоге должник самостоятельно выполнил решение суда и снёс гараж.

И теперь к основному: вы заявляли в чате выезд специалистов для обследования работ по тротуару 6 октября, с того времени специалистов как и обследования - не было, видимо вы очень сильно хотите приезжать и сушить стены в случае переувлажнения фундамента (для сведенья: силикатные кирпичи отлично впитывают воду)
Касательно обращения которое вы рассматривали, суть обращения была не в том чтобы узнать кто проводит работы (это я и так могу посмотреть пройдя 250 метров к пересечению ул.Красная и ул. Мостовая до банерного щита и прочитать кто же это так исполняет, там кстати номера телефонов не рабочие указаны), суть обращения была в том что эти "чудо исполнители" сделали свои работы без ошибок, и ссылаться на независимый технадзор вот не надо, я знаю как этот надзор работает визуальным поверхностным просмотром (вы так же сделали дорогу ул.Калинина по обращению из ПОС где ямы с лужами стали только больше). Самая главная проблема с тротуаром в том что под плиткой нет тех.решения которое не позволило бы воде уходить в грунт делая фундамент влажным, нет нужных уклонов от здания, не продумано водоотведение от домовладения дождевой и талой воды (а то что было ранее - вообще забетонировано), давайте завтра (в воскресенье) или на следующей неделе (в субботу ближе к 18:00) встречаться и разбираться на месте
И вместе с этим проверьте пожалуйста бетонную опору электричества на пересечении Калинина и Мостовая, так как она начала заваливаться, чтобы не произошло её обрушение и обрыв электро линий
