В обсуждении вопросов, касающихся организации вывоза твердых коммунальных отходов (ТКО), принял участие врио министра жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, топлива и энергетики республики Тимур Караев.
Участники мероприятия рассмотрели существующие проблемы и перспективы работы предприятия.
– Деятельность регионального оператора имеет большое значение для санитарного благополучия республики и качества жизни наших жителей. Своевременный вывоз отходов – это не просто выполнение графика, а важная составляющая комфортной и безопасной среды. Необходимо обеспечить максимально стабильную работу предприятия, принять все меры для повышения ее качества и оперативно реагировать на возникающие проблемы, – подчеркнул Роман Батршин.
МинЖКХ усиливает контроль за качеством исполнения обязательств управляющих компаний по поручению Главы региона Сергея Меняйло🏠
В Министерстве прошло совещание с участием представителей УК, ресурсоснабжающих организаций и колл-центра по вопросам ЖКХ ЕИРЦ, на котором обсудили механизм быстрой реакции управляющих компаний на обращения жильцов, разграничение зон ответственности, способы улучшения взаимодействия поставщиков ресурсов и УК с колл‑центром в части отработки инцидентов, а также критерии объективной оценки качества работы исполнителей, порядок реагирования на системные нарушения и недопустимость формального подхода к исполнению обязательств.
❗️Главное: заявки жителей не должны «теряться». УК и ресурсоснабжающим организациям необходимо оперативно реагировать на обращения из колл‑центра в своей зоне ответственности. Люди должны быстро получать отклик на обращения и реальное решение проблем. Контроль за исполнением возложен на управление жилищного надзора министерства ЖКХ, топлива и энергетики.
«Если управляющая компания или поставщик ресурсов не отреагирует на заявку, колл‑центр МинЖКХ передаст информацию в жилнадзор. Единичные недочёты потребуют устранить, а за постоянные нарушения могут последовать административные меры. Основная задача в том, чтобы объективно оценивать качество работы», - начальник управления жилнадзора министерства ЖКХ, топлива и энергетики РСО-Алания Илона Лукожева.
Накануне в Кизляре произошла трагедия, унёсшая жизни трёх человек – матери и двоих детей. Возбуждено уголовное дело. Устанавливаются все обстоятельства произошедшего
Ещё два пожара потушили специалисты МЧС. К счастью, пострадавших нет.

По информации МЧС, в частном доме произошёл хлопок газовоздушной смеси, который спровоцировал возгорание. В этот момент в доме находились женщина и двое её детей – двух и четырёх лет.
Поручил оперативно установить причины трагедии и разобраться во всех обстоятельствах произошедшего.
Искренне соболезную родным и близким погибших. Нет слов, которые могли бы облегчить их боль. Сил им пережить эту страшную утрату.

Для повышения надежности энергоснабжения региона специалисты ПАО «Россети» проводят необходимые плановые работы на энергообъектах. На период их проведения, для соблюдения техники безопасности вводятся временные ограничения режима энергоснабжения. График отключений и ремонтных работ может быть скорректирован в связи с погодными условиями.
