Сегодня ехала в 33 автобусе. Заходит девочка лет 11. На карте как видимо у неё не хватало денег. (Вообще по правилам детям до 18 лет можно проезжать бесплатно, при отсутствии совершеннолетнего взрослого). Кондуктор же, начала очень сильно кричать на девочку, начинает оскорблять. В Стерлитамаке завершилось судебное разбирательство по делу о травмировании ребенка на аттракционе.
21-летняя сотрудница парка культуры и отдыха признана виновной в оказании услуг, небезопасных для жизни и здоровья потребителей, что повлекло тяжкий вред здоровью по неосторожности. Инцидент произошел 10 мая, когда пятеро несовершеннолетних заняли кабину аттракциона "Вальс". Несмотря на предупреждение оператора о недопустимости превышения допустимого числа пассажиров, один из мальчиков решил пересесть. В этот момент, не убедившись в завершении посадки и не проконтролировав, что все пассажиры пристегнуты, подсудимая включила аттракцион. В результате ребенок выпал и оказался зажат элементами конструкции, получив тяжкие телесные повреждения. На суде обвиняемая полностью признала свою вину. Ей назначено наказание в виде 1,5 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком на тот же период. Кроме того, на два года ее лишили права работать с аттракционами. Приговор пока не вступил в законную силу.
