После смерти сестры женщина сняла с ее карты 1 150 000 рублей. Она заявила, что действовала по просьбе родственницы, а деньги потратила на похороны. Суд не принял доводы, так как наследником был сын умершей, согласия на снятие он не давал.
Пенсионерке назначили два года лишения свободы условно и обязали вернуть 400 000 рублей.

Суд обязал теплоснабжающую организацию в Березовском обеспечить нормативный запас топлива на котельной. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба прокуратуры Кузбасса.
Ранее организация не обеспечила запас угля, что могло привести к полной остановке котельной. Прокуратура внесла руководителю компании представление и возбудила дело об административном правонарушении.
Суд удовлетворил иск и обязал организацию поддерживать неснижаемый запас топлива до окончания отопительного сезона 2026-2027 годов. Сейчас на котельной хранится 1000 тонн угля. Дальнейшие поставки топлива контролирует прокуратура области.

В более чем 350 многоэтажках поменяли кровлю. Еще в 80 обновили инженерные сети, в 33 заменили лифты, в 20 привели в порядок фасады, в одном доме — фундамент.
За качеством работ следят комиссии из сотрудников Фонда капремонта, специалистов стройконтроля и технических заказчиков. За последний месяц они провели 147 проверок.
Глава региона отметил, что программа капремонта помогает системно приводить в порядок жилищный фонд.
