Что тут не так? Личные переводы на карту все также будут бесплатными. Сам факт поступления денег не является основанием для начисления налога. Деньги, полученные в подарок, освобождаются от НДФЛ.
В Госдуму действительно внесен законопроект, в рамках которого предполагается расширение обмена между ФНС и Банком России. При этом в статью 217 добавили уточнение: в перечень облагаемых НДФЛ подарков добавили фразу «иные имущественные права».
