На Ольхоне завершили капремонт двух участков дороги Баяндай – Еланцы – Хужир общей длиной 7,2 км за 579,1 млн рублей. Работы провели по нацпроекту «Инфраструктура для жизни» и по поручению Президента России Владимира Путина. На подъезде к Хужиру и на улицах Советской и Байкальской уложили асфальт, обустроили водоотводные лотки с очистными сооружениями, остановки, освещение и переходы, в том числе со светофорами у школы. «Сдача двух участков на Ольхоне – совместное достижение дорожников, экологов и природоохранных организаций: работы шли в особо охраняемой природной территории, где обнаружено множество редких видов растений», – отметил губернатор Игорь Кобзев. Всего на Ольхоне 40 км дорог, ремонт идёт комплексно: в прошлом году отремонтировали 5 км между Хужиром и Харанцами, начата реконструкция участка со 124,3 по 153,9 км.
✈️ Третья авиакомпания на Вьетнам: из Иркутска запускают рейсы в Нячанг и на Фукуок
Впервые к полётной программе из Иркутска присоединяется вьетнамская авиакомпания Vietjet Air — она будет выполнять чартерные рейсы в Нячанг и на остров Фукуок и станет третьей авиакомпанией, связывающей Иркутск с Вьетнамом (в зимнем сезоне также летают «Северный ветер» и «Аэрофлот»). Как сообщили в пресс-службе иркутского аэропорта, первый рейс в Нячанг отправится уже 30 октября, а на Фукуок — 4 ноября, полёты будут выполняться на широкофюзеляжных Airbus A330-300. Аэропорт продолжает расширять возможности для путешественников, а благодаря географическому положению Иркутск привлекателен и как точка пересадки, и как локация для путешествий.

В одном из дворов Октябрьского округа Иркутска исправили дефекты на детской спортивной площадке — подрядчик сделал это только под контролем судебных приставов. Фирма не выполняла решение суда, поэтому её директора оштрафовали, несколько раз привлекли к административной ответственности и предупредили об уголовной. После этого подрядчик выровнял стойки лазательного комплекса, поставил металлические накладки на углах и крепёжные элементы, убрал щели в конструкции — теперь детям в игровом пространстве ничего не угрожает. Штраф в 100 тысяч рублей перечислен в федеральный бюджет.

В Иркутской области состоялось очередное заседание Совета контрольно-счетных органов при Контрольно-счетной палате региона. В мероприятии принял участие первый заместитель председателя Законодательного Собрания Кузьма Алдаров, а также председатель Ассоциации муниципальных образований Вадим Семенов.
На заседании КСП и Ассоциация муниципальных образований подписали важный для сторон документ — соглашение о взаимодействии. Оно определяет основные направления сотрудничества в сфере внешнего муниципального финансового контроля. Также стороны договорились об обмене опытом, о методической поддержке и координации деятельности.

В Иркутске завершают благоустройство по желаниям местных жителей, которые обращаются к депутатам Думы областного центра. В округе № 16 на ул. Восточный Промузел укладывают асфальт, обустраивают тротуары, бордюры, парковки, съезды к домам и освещение — ремонт там ждали давно, но жителей просят не мешать работам припаркованными у обочин машинами. У детской поликлиники № 1 на ул. Трилиссера, 105 завершили обустройство водоотвода: теперь после дождей у входа не будет огромной лужи. Также установили ограждения палисадников на ул. Авария произошла на 181-м километре федеральной трассы Р-258 «Байкал» недалеко от посёлка Новоснежная Слюдянского района. По данным следователей, 40-летний мужчина за рулём «Ниссан Пресаж» ехал в сторону Иркутска, не справился с управлением и выехал на встречную полосу, где столкнулся с «Тойотой Приус Альфа». От удара иномарку отбросило, и она врезалась в большегруз «Ситрак C7H». 27-летняя пассажирка «Тойоты» погибла в машине скорой помощи, водитель и 4-летний ребёнок попали в больницу. Виновник попытался скрыться, но сотрудники Госавтоинспекции Слюдянского района быстро его нашли и задержали – мужчина живёт в посёлке Выдрино, а в 2024 году его уже привлекали за пьяную езду. Возбуждено уголовное дело по части 4 статьи 264 УК РФ, суд отправил подозреваемого под стражу.

В Иркутске на межведомственной пресс-конференции подвели итоги работы с подростками и родителями, допускающими их к управлению транспортом. С начала года 10 несовершеннолетних сели за руль автомобилей, ещё 64 ребёнка управляли мототранспортом и попали в ДТП, а в ходе рейдов полицейские отстранили от управления свыше 850 подростков 16–17 лет, 76 из которых были пьяны. За передачу машин и мототехники детям без прав оштрафовали 558 граждан (в 90% случаев это родители), а в отношении законных представителей, чьи дети попали в ДТП, возбуждено 33 уголовных дела - суды уже вынесли 8 обвинительных приговоров.
