🚲 В Шуйском районе пьяный мопедист без прав сбил пьяного пешехода
Вечером 26 октября в посёлке Колобово произошло ДТП, которое вполне тянет на сюжет для чёрной комедии: 45-летний мужчина без водительских прав, но в изрядном подпитии, катал на мопеде по улице 1-й Фабричной. В какой-то момент он наехал на 43-летнего пешехода, который шёл впереди в попутном направлении. Примечательная деталь: пешеход тоже был нетрезв.
Оба участника «встречи» получили травмы и были доставлены в больницу. Теперь каждому придётся ответить по своей статье: на мопедиста составили протокол по ч. 3 ст. 12.8 КоАП РФ (управление транспортом в состоянии опьянения без прав), а пешеходу вменили ч. 1 ст. 12.29 КоАП РФ за нарушение ПДД.
В Иванове поздно вечером «Фольксваген» снёс мопед с двумя 17-летними подростками
Авария случилась 26 октября на Кохомском шоссе. 49-летний водитель Volkswagen Touareg при повороте налево не пропустил мопед, за рулём которого был 17-летний парень.
В результате столкновения пострадали оба подростка — водитель мопеда и его 17-летний пассажир. Обоих с травмами доставили в больницу.
Об этом сообщает Госавтоинспекция Ивановской области.
🚗 На Кирякиных в Иванове днём столкнулись две машины: обошлось без разлива топлива
Вчера около 13:50 у дома №10 на улице Кирякиных произошло ДТП с двумя автомобилями. По данным МЧС, топливо не разлилось, и движение на участке не перекрывали — транспорт ехал как обычно. На место выезжали спасатели: 5 человек и 1 единица техники.

Департамент энергетики и тарифов региона установил базовые расценки на перемещение и хранение задержанных машин на следующий год (постановления № 36-п/1 и № 36-п/2 от 16 октября). Все суммы — с НДС.
Для автомобилей и мототехники: • Эвакуация на спецстоянку — 4 778,98 рубля за единицу. • Хранение (за час): • Мотоциклы и мопеды (категории A, A1, M) — 26,20 рубля. • Легковые авто до 3,5 тонны (B, B1, BE, D, DE, D1, D1E) — 52,41 рубля. • Грузовики и автобусы (D свыше 3,5 т, C, CE, C1, C1E, E) — 104,82 рубля. • Негабаритный транспорт — 157,23 рубля. Для маломерных судов: • Перемещение — 13 515 рублей за единицу. • Хранение — 123 рубля в час. На оплату эвакуации и стоянки владельцу даётся 30 дней.
Важно: это не окончательные цены, а начальная максимальная стоимость на аукционах по выбору подрядчиков. По итогам торгов тарифы для жителей региона могут снизиться. Так что следим за новостями — возможно, будет дешевле.
«Я сначала думал, что это ил». Как жители разных регионов борются за нормальную воду
От Карелии до Амурской области жители продолжают жаловаться на проблемы с водой. Одни публикуют фотографии коричневой питьевой воды, другие месяцами живут без горячего водоснабжения, третьи узнают об авариях уже после отключений. Собрали несколько таких историй.
- Карелия. В части Кеми уже несколько лет нет стабильного водоснабжения, поэтому питьевую воду жителям регулярно привозят автоцистернами. На выходных горожане пожаловались, что она коричневого илистого цвета. Весной администрация обещала очистить резервуары и модернизировать систему водоподготовки, однако не сделала этого.
- Иркутская область. В поселке Бикей нет централизованного водоснабжения, поэтому жители покупают привозную питьевую воду. Недавно стоимость ее доставки выросла до 1500–2000 рублей за машину, что непосильно для пенсионеров. Тем не менее в ответ на жалобы жителей муниципалитет предложил им подключиться к централизованному водоснабжению, хотя сделать это невозможно.
- Тыва. 26 октября в Кызыле значительная часть города почти весь день оставалась без холодной воды из-за аварийных работ, о которых жителей заранее не предупредили. Прокуратура начала проверку после этого отключения. Когда власти сообщили, что водоснабжение восстановлено, жители центра города продолжили жаловаться на отсутствие холодной воды — из кранов шел только кипяток.
- Тюменская область. Летом тюменцы доказали, что вода из-под крана не соответствует требованиям, хотя власти утверждали, что она безопасна. На прошлой неделе вода в городе напоминала «кисель с ошметками бумаги». Глава СК Александр Бастрыкин потребовал доклад о расследовании уголовного дела о водоснабжении, и региональный Роспотребнадзор оперативно сообщил, что вода соответствует нормативам. Однако тюменцы вновь пожаловались на липкую воду с запахом и пленкой.
- Амурская область. Жители нескольких домов в Благовещенске остаются без горячей воды с конца мая. На этой неделе городская администрация сообщила, что водоснабжение восстановлено, однако жители заявили, что воды по-прежнему нет. Позже мэрия признала, что ошиблась.
🚔 В Кохме водитель BMW получил 10 суток ареста за езду без прав
40-летнего мужчину остановили сотрудники ДПС 1 октября в Кохме. Проверка показала, что он неоднократно лишался водительских прав, однако продолжал садиться за руль.
Срок лишения прав был приостановлен ещё в 2016 году, поскольку мужчина не сдал удостоверение в ГИБДД.
Мировой судья признал водителя виновным по ч. 2 ст. 12.7 КоАП РФ и назначил ему 10 суток административного ареста. Отягчающим обстоятельством стало неоднократное привлечение к ответственности за нарушения ПДД в течение года.
В суде мужчина полностью признал вину. В Госавтоинспекции напоминают, что повторные нарушения могут повлечь уголовную ответственность.
🍺 Житель Писцова снова сел пьяным за руль — и остался без «Фольксвагена»
38-летний мужчина уже имел проблемы с законом из-за нетрезвой езды, но выводов не сделал. В июне 2026 года он снова выпил, сел за руль своего «Фольксвагена Пассат» и поехал по улицам села. Долго кататься не пришлось — его остановили инспекторы ГИБДД, заметившие явные признаки опьянения.
Суд поддержал обвинение и назначил 320 часов обязательных работ. Кроме того, на два года мужчина лишён права заниматься деятельностью, связанной с управлением транспортом. А сам автомобиль стоимостью больше 200 тысяч рублей конфисковали в доход государства.
💥Два человека погибли и двое пострадали в лобовом столкновении иномарок
В воскресенье в 07:54 поступило сообщение о дорожно- транспортном происшествии по адресу: Юрьевецкий район, Елнатское сельское поселение, на 7 км трассы Кинешма- Юрьевец- Пучеж- Пурех.
По прибытии к месту вызова установлено, что произошло столкновение 2-х автомобилей Рено Каптур и Лада Ларгус (съехал в кювет). К сожалению, в результате ДТП водитель автомобиля рено (мужчина в возрасте 52 лет) погиб, пассажир отправлена в Кинешемскую ЦРБ, водитель автомобиля Лада (мужчина в возрасте 65 лет) погиб, пассажир направлен в Кинешемскую ЦРБ.
