В проекте федерального бюджета на 2027 год расходы на науку сокращаются примерно на 9%, а по сравнению с ранее утверждёнными планами — на 13%. Обеспечить нормальное развитие науки в таких условиях невозможно, заявил депутат Госдумы Олег Смолин.
По его словам, десятилетняя программа развития микроэлектроники в России, которая является основой будущих технологий, предусматривает финансирование в 30 раз меньше, чем аналогичная пятилетняя программа Китая. Парламентарий признал, что экономические возможности двух стран несопоставимы, однако назвал разрыв чрезмерным.
Смолин также отметил, что каждый рубль, вложенный в науку, в долгосрочной перспективе приносит около четырёх рублей отдачи.

Очередной жертвой киберпреступников стала 48-летняя жительница Бийска. Женщина лишилась сбережений, пытаясь выручить супруга.
Потерпевшей пришло сообщение якобы от мужа: он просил срочно занять ему 23 000 рублей на пару часов. По словам «супруга», мобильное банковское приложение выдавало техническую ошибку, а деньги нужно было оперативно перечислить другому человеку. Бийчанка сразу откликнулась на просьбу, не заподозрив обмана. Собеседник прислал номер карты и уточнил, что перевод нужно сделать именно по этим реквизитам. Женщина перевела деньги на сторонний счёт.
Обман раскрылся через несколько минут. На улице бийчанка встретила сына, который в этот момент разговаривал по телефону с отцом. Глава семейства рассказывал о взломе своего профиля в мессенджере и просил ни в коем случае не реагировать на просьбы о займах.
Полиция напоминает: при получении просьб о переводе денег от имени родственников или знакомых не спешите выполнять их. Свяжитесь с человеком по телефону и лично убедитесь, что сообщение отправил именно он.
Алтайский край намерен ввести пятилетний запрет на продажу вейпов
В Алтайском крае активно готовится законопроект, предусматривающий полный запрет розничной продажи электронных сигарет и жидкостей для них. Данная инициатива, направленная на защиту здоровья населения, была широко обсуждена 28 октября на заседании комитета Алтайского краевого Законодательного Собрания (АКЗС) по здравоохранению, в котором приняли участие представители Общественной палаты региона.
Предлагается, что запрет вступит в силу с 1 сентября 2027 года и будет действовать до 1 марта 2032 года. В случае принятия законопроекта, за нарушение установленных ограничений будут предусмотрены административные штрафы.
Председатель профильного комитета АКЗС Владимир Пелеганчук выразил твердую позицию о необходимости запрета торговли вейпами. Его поддержал и министр здравоохранения Алтайского края Дмитрий Попов, подчеркнув важность данной меры для общественного здоровья.
Власти Алтайского края намерены провести работу по согласованию нового законодательства с другими регионами. Отмечается, что схожие ограничения планируют ввести в Республике Алтай и Якутии, где запрет на продажу вейпов может вступить в силу уже с марта 2027 года.
