Как сообщает «Совет Приазовья», суд переквалифицировал предъявленное ей обвинение. Елену Сидоренко признали виновной в злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями.
По информации издания, суд пришёл к выводу, что как руководитель учреждения она допустила незаконные сборы. Непосредственно причастный к ним человек получил два года условно и штраф.

Производители автомобильных шин рекомендуют "переобувать" машину на зиму, когда среднесуточные температуры станут ниже +7 градусов Цельсия. При таких температурах летние шины уже плохо держат дорогу, в ночные и утренние часы возможно образование наледи на дорогах и т.д. Жёсткие летние шины при температурах ниже плюс семи начинают терять сцепные свойства, а мягкие зимние быстрее изнашиваются при температурах выше.
Таким образом, принимая решение о переходе на зимнюю резину, наблюдайте за прогнозом погоды на ближайшие 6-7 дней. В России начались рейды ГИБДД по нечитаемым номерам.
Водителей предупредили о неявном штрафе, размер которого может достигать 5 000 рублей. По всей России стартовали регулярные рейды ГИБДД под названием «Чистый номер».
Водителям рекомендовано следить за чистотой своих номерных знаков, особенно в осенний период из-за усиления грязи и слякоти на дорогах. В Госавтоинспекции указали, что нечитаемые государственные регистрационные знаки считаются административным нарушением. За это нарушение предусмотрен штраф в размере 500 рублей.
Согласно ПДД, номерные знаки на автомобиле должны читаться с расстояния в 20 м. Следовательно, они должны быть чистыми. Если это не так, водителя ждëт предупреждение от сотрудника ГИБДД или штраф по статье 12.2 КоАП в размере 500 руб. Это нарушение можно устранить на месте, протерев номера.
Больший штраф - 5 000 рублей или лишение прав на срок от 1 до 3 месяцев - грозит тем, кто умышленно затемняет или изменяет свои номера, переворачивают госномер "вверх ногами";залепляют снегом, грязью.
Также ГИБДД напомнила автомобилистам о важности поддержания чистоты фар и стекол авто. Хоть за их загрязнение штраф не предусмотрен, такое состояние может привести к аварии на дороге.
Таким образом, водители могут попасть под неявный штраф до 5 000 рублей за грязные номера своего автомобиля.
С 14 октября 2024 года за сокрытие автомобильных номеров с помощью специальных устройств грозит административная ответственность. В статью 12.2 КоАП РФ добавлена часть 2.1.
Согласно ей, за управление автомобилем с такими устройствами водитель лишается водительского удостоверения на срок от 1 до 1,5 лет. Альтернативы в виде штрафа не предусмотрено, а сами устройства конфискуют.
Доказательством использования устройств в целях сокрытия номеров может выступать, например, видеозапись, сделанная уполномоченным должностным лицом в ходе выявления правонарушения.
