В Самаре возбуждено уголовное дело о нарушении прав граждан, проживающих в аварийном доме. Об этом сообщили в региональном СУ СКР.
Дело возбуждено по ч. 1 ст. 293 УК РФ «Халатность». Предварительно установлено, что жилой дом на улице Гастелло 1938 года постройки признан аварийным, однако до настоящего времени уполномоченные должностные лица мер по расселению людей не приняли.
Сегодня вечером ожидается работа сапёров и специальных служб по ликвидации последствий атаки БПЛА.

В международном аэропорту «Курумоч» сотрудники таможни остановили гражданина Индии, прибывшего из Узбекистана. Мужчина проходил через «зеленый» коридор, однако при досмотре у него обнаружили и изъяли 107 камней различных размеров и оттенков.
По заключению экспертно-криминалистического подразделения в Нижнем Новгороде, изъятые камни являются неоправленными ограненными синтетическими (лабораторно выращенными) алмазами. Их рыночная стоимость оценивается примерно в 2 млн рублей. Данная продукция относится к перечню стратегически важных товаров и ресурсов.
Таким образом, в действиях иностранца, незаконно переместившего через таможенную границу ЕАЭС стратегически важные ресурсы в крупном размере, усматриваются признаки преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 226.1 УК РФ.
Уголовное дело возбуждено, расследование продолжается.
