В Краснодарском крае суд рассматривает уголовное дело о сексуальном насилии над несовершеннолетней. На скамье подсудимых — ранее судимый родной отец девочки, которую в прошлом году увезли из Екатеринбурга в отдалённую кубанскую станицу.
Её история началась задолго до переезда: школьница жила с матерью и отчимом, который избивал падчерицу. Девочка пыталась добиться через суд разрешения жить с бабушкой, однако в итоге её отправили к родному отцу. Органы опеки настаивали на передаче подростка второму родителю, иначе — детский дом.
Но в новой семье девочка столкнулась с сексуальным насилием. Отец на протяжении нескольких месяцев совершал в отношении дочери преступления сексуального характера в извращённой форме и снимал происходящее на камеру смартфона.
Подросток в итоге сама обратилась в полицию. Мужчину задержали и закрыли до суда.
Первоначально он признавал свою вину, однако позднее изменил позицию и заявил, что случившееся — «строгое воспитание» и вообще дочь стала пить алкоголь, вот и наказывал.
Также он заявил, якобы дочь сама просила научить её всему, что связано с интимной жизнью. Он не отказал.
Однако в материалах дела есть аудиозапись разговора отца с дочерью — на ней мужчина говорит дочери, что та должна будет удовлетворять его сексуальные требования как минимум полгода — либо в детдом. Школьница пыталась рассказать о происходящем бабушке и дедушке, но они не поверили. Или не захотели верить.
Вспоминать пережитое подростку было тяжело: её трясло, но в суде она подтвердила все свои показания, данные ранее.
Сейчас она живёт с бабушкой по материнской линии. А мама её умерла в конце 2025 года при загадочных обстоятельствах.
Суд уже рассматривает это дело, и посадка для извращенца всё ближе.

Кизинку приговорили к 6 годам и 1 месяцу колонии строгого режима. Он попытался оспорить срок, но краевой суд оставил всё как есть.
Мужчину взяли под стражу прямо в зале суда. Приговор вступил в силу.

17 октября в Славянске-на-Кубани отчим набросился на пятилетнего пасынка с ДЦП с кулаками после того, как ребёнок описался, и забил его насмерть, не оставив на теле малыша живого места.
