❌В Энгельсе продолжают бороться с незаконными изображениями на фасадах
Борьба с незаконными изображениями на фасадах продолжается: специалисты управления муниципального контроля и административной практики проводят регулярные проверки для выявления граффити и надписей в неположенных местах. Подобные нарушения не только ухудшают эстетический облик городской среды, но и нередко содержат пропаганду запрещённых веществ.
По итогам проведенных мероприятий возбуждено 8 административных дел по ч. 2 ст. 8.3 Закона Саратовской области № 104‑ЗСО. По ранее зафиксированным фактам нарушений составлены протоколы.
Параллельно ведётся работа по пресечению незаконной расклейки листовок. Для оперативного реагирования задействована система автодозвона — в настоящее время на обзвон поставлено 4 абонента.
В профилактических целях специалистами управления подготовлены информационные листовки, разъясняющие ответственность за подобные правонарушения.
👮♂️По подозрению в хищении десятков миллионов рублей задержан директор скандальной строительной компании
В Волгоградской области задержан директор энгельсской строительной фирмы. Об этом сообщили в ГУ МВД соседнего региона.
По версии следствия, во время строительства поликлиники «Городской больницы № 1» в Камышине генеральный подрядчик потратил 38 миллионов рублей на цели, не связанные с возведением медицинского учреждения. «Попытки оправдать свои действия нормами бюджетного законодательства на нашли своего подтверждения, и перешли в плоскость уголовного законодательства», — отметили в волгоградской полиции.
Совместно с коллегами из Саратовской области был задержан подозреваемый. Его отправили под арест. Мужчине грозит до 10 лет лишения свободы.
Волгоградское издание «Высота 102», со ссылкой на источники в силовых структурах, сообщает, что был задержан директор ООО «Трест 7» из Энгельса Алексей Кузнецов.
«Трест 7» неоднократно получал крупные госконтракты в Саратовской области. Например, ему достался договор на 60 миллионов рублей на реконструкцию сада «Липки» в Саратове. Ход работ неоднократно вызывал беспокойство жителей и экспертов. С ней же подписывали контракт на строительство «губернаторского» дома для врачей за 226 миллионов. Ранее фирму критиковали чиновники при ремонте школы в Самойловке и строительстве бассейна в Романовке. Этот же подрядчик был задействован в достройке здания детской цирковой студии «Арт-Алле» в Марксе. За это «Трест 7» также критиковали чиновники и депутаты различных уровней.
Зимой нынешнего года стало известно, что директора ООО «Трест 7» будут судить за покушение на мошенничество, уклонение от уплаты налогов и отмывание денег. В сентябре налоговая служба подала иск о банкротстве компании с суммой требования более 80 миллионов рублей.
😵За ремонт коллектора в Энгельсе предлагают 8 миллионов
Муниципальное предприятие «Энгельс-Водоканал» ищет подрядчика для капремонта канализационного коллектора в городе Энгельс Саратовской области. Речь об участке сооружения на улице Менделеева (камера №1 и №2). Соответствующий аукцион сегодня объявлен на сайте Госзакупок.
Победителю готовы заплатить максимум 8 миллионов рублей из бюджета Энгельсского района и из «собственных средств» «Водоканала». Итоги торгов подведут 17 ноября.
Подрядчику предстоит обустроить два железобетонных колодца, подпорные стены котлованов и траншей и проложить фундаментные балки. Также исполнитель обязан организовать строительный контроль.
Работы требуется выполнить до 20 декабря 2026 года.
Напомним, в конце апреля в Энгельсе случилась масштабная коммунальная авария – на улице Менделеева частично обрушился указанный коллектор. В итоге часть города затопило нечистотами, этому сопутствовало масштабное отключение воды. Для ликвидации аварии в городе вводили режим ЧС. Аварию устранили. Разрушенный участок ремонтировали.
Позже губернатор Роман Бусаргин сообщил, что в 2027 году Энгельс получит от правительства Саратовской области более 300 миллионов рублей на продолжение ремонта коллектора.

По данным ведомства, в течение прошедшей ночи дежурными средствами ПВО над территорией России перехвачено и уничтожено 1214 беспилотных летательных аппаратов самолетного типа.
БПЛА также сбивали над Брянской, Белгородской, Курской, Калужской, Тульской, Смоленской, Липецкой, Воронежской, Тверской, Орловской, Рязанской, Владимирской, Самарской, Пензенской, Ростовской областями, над территориями Московского региона, Республики Башкортостан и Удмуртской Республики.
