How the quality index is calculated

В Новосибирске в Ленинском районе случилось ДТП с участием ребёнка
Утром 28 октября (в 7:35) на улице Порт‑Артурская водитель автомобиля «Honda Civic» (родился в 2008 году) сбил мальчика 2010 года рождения. Ребёнок переходил дорогу не по пешеходному переходу. От удара его отбросило на встречную машину — «Toyota Avensis».
Мальчика увезли в больницу, медики уточняют, насколько серьёзные у него травмы. На месте работали сотрудники ДПС — они разбираются в обстоятельствах аварии.
В Новосибирской области завершились поиски двух подростков — 15 и 16 лет: их нашли погибшими, сообщили в региональном отряде «ЛизаАлерт».
Заявки на поиск поступили 18 и 20 октября. Добровольцы расклеивали ориентировки, проверяли свидетельства, собирали информацию, а также обследовали труднодоступные места и естественные укрытия.
28 октября 2026 года подростки были обнаружены в ходе совместных мероприятий с правоохранителями. Детали происшествия не раскрываются.

Напомним, вчера вечером на перегоне Кожурла — Убинское загорелось электрооборудование поезда № 7134. Причиной стал пережог контактного провода. Пожар быстро ликвидировали, но на восстановление сети ушло несколько часов.
В Убинскую состав прибыл с опозданием на 4,5 часа, а в районе часа ночи на станции Чулымская пассажиров пересадили в резервный поезд. В итоге в Новосибирск они добрались только около чётырех утра.
