How the quality index is calculated
Лук мелко нарезать, обжарить на сковороде, туда же добавить шампиньоны, перемешивать, пока вода не испарится, туда же нарезанное филе кусочками примерно 1,5*1,5. Добавить сметану (можно сливки) и тушить до готовности, добавить специи по вкусу. Сверху натереть немного сыра. Можно поставить в духовку для красивой корочки, можно без обойтись без нее.
Пришло время освобождать морозилку - подумала я вчера и достала фаршированные перцы. Поставила в кастрюлю, залила соусом из томатной пасты, сметаны и воды и тушила на маленьком огне мин 50. Специи, конечно же, по вкусу.
Что хочу сказать, такие заготовки прям выручают, когда нет времени стоять у плиты.
