Для этого вот две программы - 1) музло - скачивает песни из вашего аккаунта (для этого все таки придется найти интернет) 2)музиколет - это простой музыкальный плеер для андроид, без всяких подписок, позволяет слушать музыку с устройства.
Файлы нужно скачать и переименовать из zip в apk и нажать установить. Либо установить установщиком программ SAI из маркета
