📢Режим «тепло-холод» окон: суть и необходимость переключения в летний и зимний период
Не все осведомлены, но у большей части пластиковых окон предусмотрена возможность регулировать силу прижима створки. Эту функцию обычно именуют «зимний (тёплый)» и «летний (холодный)» режим.
В чём состоит отличие?
☀️ Летний (холодный) режим - прижим ослаблен. Створка закрывается с меньшим усилием, уплотнитель испытывает меньшую нагрузку и «отдыхает», благодаря чему обычно улучшается качество проветривания.
❄️Зимний (тёплый) режим - прижим усилен. Окно закрывается более герметично: снижается вероятность сквозняков, эффективнее удерживается тепло.
Когда производить переключение?
🌞С приходом лета прижим ослабляют: так уменьшается нагрузка на уплотнители и фурнитуру. ☃️Перед наступлением зимы устанавливают усиленный прижим - это позволяет избежать продуваний и сохранить в помещении тепло.
Почему это имеет значение?
• позволяет обеспечивать комфортный микроклимат в зависимости от сезона; • способствует увеличению срока эксплуатации уплотнителей и фурнитуры; • снижает вероятность сквозняков в холодное время года и чрезмерного износа элементов окна летом.
Важные замечания:
