How the quality index is calculated

Для удобства можно поднять переднюю часть сиденья Втулки сделал длиной 35мм, наружный диаметр 28мм (без всяких соображений, просто такой кусок был). Внутри, под болт, отверстие диаметром 11мм. Родные болты длиной 25мм. Я взял длиньше на длину втулки, т.е. 60мм. Резьба М10 с шагом 1,25мм. В местном метизном магазине купил. Движению сиденья наклон не мешает. Рейка или винт привода находятся внутри боковых частей, они не изгибаются. Можно было втулку сделать покороче 25-30мм.
При установленном бинаре желательно выключать РТС, чтобы не тратить заряд батареи на обогрев Это можно сделать выключив РТС кнопкой на печке и установив максимальную температуру HI. Но в этом случае придется регулировать нагрев оборотами вентилятора А можно сделать полное отключение РТС дополнительной кнопкой, как на видео Что это дает: Система климат-контроля думает, что РТС включен, поэтому можно ставить всё в режим АВТО, выбирать желаемую температуру и больше ничего не делать. Не нужно крутить до Hi и регулировать температуру меняя скорость вентилятора Вместо разветвителя, что на видео, можно поставить двойной разветвитель (как на фотках), он выше и поэтому ничего не задевает. Не нужно греть и гнуть провод. В принципе, ничего не мешает поставить вместо кнопки релюшку, которую запитать от бинара, или от помпы бинара. Тогда при запуске бинара РТС будет автоматически выключаться. А если бинар не запущен, то РТС будет автоматически включаться. А то выключишь РТС и забудешь включить уходя из машины. А потом воткнешь зарядку дома, включится прогрев батареи, а т.к. РТС отключен, то и греться не будет. А с релюшкой такая ситуация исключена
Прошивка блока быстрой зарядки-EVCC Для прошивки понадобится программатор St-link V2. Их полно на маркетплейсах в районе 200-300р И надо скачать с просторов интернета программу STM32 St-link Utility При первом подключении согласиться на установку драйверов. В самой программе обновить этот программатор, как объяснено в видео После чего вытащить его из usb порта и подключить к блоку evcc как на видео или картинке Важно!!! На разных программаторах контакты могут быть перепутаны. Это видно и на прилагаемой фотке и видео. Там как раз контакты торчат по разному Важно смотреть подписи на контактах программатора После того, как всё подсоединили, можно воткнуть программатор в usb На блоке EVCC загорится лампочка. Можно соединиться с блоком. Считать с него данные и сохранить, на всякий случай А потом загрузить рабочую прошивку, что прилагается в виде файла с расширением bin После успешной загрузки надо выбрать отключение, после чего блок можно отсоединить и проверить на машине Прилагаемая прошивка подходит для машина до 2025 года На машинах 2025 года возможно стоит другой блок и прошивка для него возможно нужна другая. Этого пока никто не проверял
