How the quality index is calculated

А теперь о том, что горело, пока вы спали.
Накануне на улице Набережной загорелся склад. К моменту прибытия первых расчётов МЧС пламя уже перекинулось на кровлю и часть стены. Огнеборцам удалось остановить распространение огня и полностью потушить помещение. Огонь повредил 150 квадратных метров. Пострадавших нет.
Причину и ущерб ещё устанавливают. А заодно выяснят, почему склад вспыхнул так, что успел охватить крышу до приезда пожарных. Склад — это не место для экспериментов с огнём. Но кто-то, видимо, решил проверить на практике.
Купил 10-летнему сыну питбайк, научил гонять по дорогам — теперь пойдёт под суд.
В конце 2025 года отец из Находки подарил сыну питбайк, сам обучил его управлению и разрешил выезжать на дороги общего пользования. То, что ребёнку 10 лет, прав у него нет, а навыков — ноль, папу почему-то не смутило.
В августе 2026-го всё закончилось предсказуемо. Мальчик попал в ДТП. Результат — открытый проникающий перелом черепа, ушиб мозга и гематома. Ребёнка увезли в реанимацию.
Теперь прокуратура утвердила обвинение по статье о вовлечении несовершеннолетнего в опасные для жизни действия. Это первый такой случай в Находке. Отцу грозит штраф до 80 тысяч или до года лишения свободы.
Питбайк — это не игрушка, а средство повышенной опасности. Жаль, что некоторые взрослые понимают это только после реанимации собственного ребёнка.

22-летний мотоциклист решил, что красный — это рекомендация. Автобус был против.
На Проспекте Мира, 1К, водитель Honda CBR600 проехал перекрёсток на запрещающий сигнал светофора. В это время автобус Daewoo BS поворачивал на дополнительную секцию. Встреча оказалась неизбежной.
Мотоциклиста госпитализировали с травмами. Полиция выясняет обстоятельства, назначены исследования.
Красный свет придумали не для того, чтобы его игнорировать. Но некоторым кажется, что правила написаны для автобусов, а не для них. Автобус оказался убедительнее.

На Находкинском проспекте в районе Канта произошло жёсткое ДТП с тремя пострадавшими. 32-летний водитель Honda Fit (судя по видео, таксист) пошёл на обгон, не справился с управлением и вылетел на полосу встречного движения. Там он собрал Toyota Corolla Axio и Nissan Note.
Момент аварии попал на видеорегистратор. Видно, как такси подбросило, развернуло и зацепило ещё одну машину. Красиво в теории, страшно на практике.
Итог: травмы получили сам виновник, 36-летний водитель Короллы и его 53-летний пассажир. На месте работали скорая и ГИБДД.
Полиция выясняет обстоятельства. А пассажирам такси, видимо, стоит на будущее выбирать пешие прогулки — если водитель считает городскую дорогу личным гоночным треком.
Трое решили, что полмиллиона стоят свободы. Суд посчитал иначе.
В Находке вынесли приговор трём жителям Приморья. Они заманили человека в квартиру, удерживали против воли и требовали полмиллиона рублей. Чтобы ускорить процесс, избивали и душили — чтобы не звал на помощь.
Суд квалифицировал это как похищение и вымогательство. Двое получили по 7 лет колонии общего режима, третий — 6,5. Плюс штрафы: двоим по 150 тысяч, третьему — 50.
Полмиллиона не нашли, зато нашли статью. Теперь есть время подумать о поведении — лет эдак семь.
78-летний водитель решил, что правила — для молодых.
На трассе Находка — Врангель Toyota Rush под управлением пенсионера выезжала с прилегающей территории и поворачивала налево. На перекрёстке водитель не уступил дорогу Toyota Ipsum. Машины столкнулись.
Пострадали четыре человека: оба водителя, 19-летняя девушка и годовалый ребёнок. Девушку госпитализировали, остальным назначили амбулаторное лечение. Ребёнок был в автокресле — это и спасло.
Пенсионер был трезв, в этом году за ним нарушений не числилось. Но протоколы уже составили: за непредоставление преимущества и вред здоровью.
Видимо, в 78 лет стаж вождения измеряется не годами, а количеством машин, которые удалось не пропустить.
